The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. There's a train station nearby, but you don't really notice the noise. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Guests come from all over the world, and there wasn't a single empty room. It was quite expensive because of a football match tomorrow, but other than that, everything was great. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast service and there's no kettle in the room.

We arrived on the train from Valencia at 11pm and had booked this hotel based on previous reviews AND the convenience of checking in to a hotel right at the station without having to walk or travel late at night!!! This was so perfect. I wld have slept in the next morning if it weren’t for the fact I had to catch an early flight back to Toronto. Thank you!

This hotel is located outside of the city center of Barcelona. It is just across from Fira Barcelona Gran Via, which has a L9 South metro stop. Hence, it is not difficult to go to the city from the hotel. The room is spacious with nice decor but the hotel seems a little old as there are some cracks here and there. The gym is usable but not really complete. There is a huge selection of food for the breakfast but they are not the best, either.

A truly charming hotel, with a decor that's both cozy and modern. All the staff are extremely pleasant, and a special mention goes to the receptionist, who was absolutely lovely and spoke excellent French! I'm very particular about hygiene, and here, it was simply impeccable: both the rooms and the common areas were spotlessly clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their outstanding work.

This was a very clean hotel. When traveling in Southeast Asia, there's always a bit of worry about hygiene, but a clean hotel really puts your mind at ease. It can even feel like a safe haven. There was a free pool on the 5th floor. There's an attached Lawson convenience store nearby and a 7-Eleven just across the road, which was very convenient.

A super clean and comfortable place, the only thing is that a lot of light enters the room at night. I received important local information and even a map to guide me. Access is quite safe and quick ✨

The room was smaller than last time, and it didn't come with a coffee maker or mugs. Previously, the welcome gift for members included a small bag of chocolates or cookies in addition to bottled water. This Christmas, when we asked about the member gift, we reluctantly received only two small bottles of water. The service isn't as warm as it used to be. Breakfast starts being cleared very early every day. If you go at 9 AM, it's very crowded, and many items like milk, coffee from the machine, and fruit are out of stock and not replenished promptly. It just doesn't feel as good as it once was.

This time I stayed on the 2nd floor, which is the same location as the 5th floor last time. It is as clean as ever. There is a subway station at the door. It is very close to the city center. You can drive or take public transportation. Parking spaces are relatively difficult to find. There is a bakery nearby that I especially recommend for breakfast.

Basically everything is good. The main consideration for choosing this store is that it is close to Sants Estacio and is convenient for catching the train. There are many small businesses on the street, ranging from catering to laundry, if necessary. If it is inconvenient to download the Bolt taxi app, it is recommended to buy a bus ticket when you arrive to save a lot of time and money. There are ticket vending machines at the airport and stations.
