The hotel lobby is incredibly beautiful. The staff were also very kind, and even though it had a city view and was right in front of the main street, I thought it would be noisy, but the soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet. It was truly wonderful.

Absolutely loved our stay and will continue to return. The staff were amazing and the reception from Andrei both times we have stayed has been exceptional. We want him to be promoted as we assumed he must be the hotel manager, he explained he wasn’t and we were shocked as his exemplary service was outstanding. We felt really welcome as tourists and given great recommendations and advice. We were even upgraded the first stay and we loved the use of the spa and terrace.

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit dated. The shower, which was converted from a bathtub, only had a half-glass screen, so water easily splashed everywhere. The hotel's breakfast was very good, with a rich variety of options and excellent service. There was also complimentary lemonade available in the hotel lobby. The location is fantastic, very close to Barcelona Cathedral and Palau de la Música Catalana. The Gothic Quarter's various alleys are also great for exploring, with an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops.

The elevator machinery noise in the room is unbearably loud. I barely can sleep all day I think it depends on whether your room is close to the elevator. If you’re unlucky and end up with a room right next to it, your Barcelona trip could be ruined. Good luck!

Overall, that was a pleasant experience, everything was fine, decent value for money. BUT at night we have seen a cockroach in the toilet. The street, where hotel located is quite dirty, so that can be the reason. OK everything, cleanliness is terrible.

Excellent location! Close to the subway station and attractions, travel is super convenient. The room was clean and bright, and the front desk sister smiled kindly and fluent in English. The breakfast is rich in variety, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the price is super high! Highly recommended to free tourists ～

High standards & I received an excellent welcome. Housekeeping is outstanding. I was given an early check in without asking & that was greatly appreciated. Breakfast is VERY good & I highly recommend it. Location is in the Gothic Quarter & it is ideal for a first time visit to Barcelona. There is a cafe & barista on the ground level & pastries & fresh orange juice in the morning. My room was small but had all I needed for my stay & the mini fridge was nice to have The bed was really comfy & there were black out curtains so you can sleep in after a long plane trip. There are two lifts & if you have heavy luggage this is very convenient. Great stay!

The hotel is in a great location. Although it's in the Gothic Quarter, it's also near Eixample, so the area is relatively safe. The subway is only about a five-minute walk away. There was a minor hiccup at the hotel. After checking in and dropping off my luggage, I left. When I returned that evening, I discovered the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, with a persistent error message. The room wasn't airy to begin with, and the AC wasn't cooling, making it very stuffy and hot. I went down to the front desk, and the first time, they said they'd reset it, but it didn't work, and the error message persisted. The second time, they came back up to check the AC, but the error message persisted. The third time, I was a little disappointed, so the front desk moved us to a different room and checked the AC, which was fine. This resolved the issue. The hotel includes breakfast, which was quite good. While the selection wasn't particularly diverse, the food was delicious. Overall, aside from the AC issue, everything else was fine.
