"The hotel is actually right next to the train station. The restaurant kitchen is adjacent to the platforms. If you take the airport line to Central Station, you can exit through the side door, turn into the hotel garden entrance, and you're right in the lobby – no need to use the main entrance and stairs. The hotel lobby, rooms, and room hallways are all very stylish. The Finnish sauna facilities are just okay. Right outside the hotel's main entrance, you'll find bus and tram stops, plus several 24-hour supermarkets, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around."

"The hotel is located in the heart of city center. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which makes things very easy. Very close to train stations and many tram lines nearby. Staff and service are great. Breakfast is great. The hotel has a lot of tradition and is maintained very well. The gym is quite good too. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough. Bathroom is very nicely designed and comfortable."

"The hotel's location was super central, and although the property was simple, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Excellent value for money and the staff were incredibly kind!"

"The location is the absolute best… right across the tram, few minutes walk to the train station and within walking distance to multiple parts of Helsinki city centre. The way to the room was an odd one, spooky, but as a Halloween lover I preferred it. My room was on the 5th floor, but to get to it you had to take the lift to the 3rd floor. THEN walk to a different part of the Marski building (it looked like the original perhaps before it expanded) to go to the 5th floor. There was a vintage style lift with the gate you had to close and everything. I quite enjoyed that. There is a mini fridge, a TV and the bed was comfortable. The AC was brilliant, especially on hot days and the shower was great as well. I accidentally booked on two separate ones and the desk helped me stay in one room with ease, though I understandably had to pay a bit of a fee as my current room was an upgrade from the other. My critique would be that I wish there was more attention to detail for the room service. It seems they don’t vacuum or replace the sheets/used cups, or properly clean, they only take out the bins. Also my room tag tore apart from previous stays overuse but it was never replaced — the one that says Do Not Disturb. I would absolutely stay here again, however. The Finns are great."

"Best bed and air conditioning I have! Quiet and stylish hotel room. Good location with tram and train stations within walking distance. Nice and friendly staff. Just note the bathroom has no door. If not used to cold weather, you may feel cold while taking the bath. Also the luggage storage at hotel is a series of lockers. If the lockers are full, you may not be able to keep your luggage there."

"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."

"Facilities: Excellent, has everything you could need. The twin room was unusually spacious, and there were plenty of live TV channels! Cleanliness: Very good, didn't notice anything out of place. Ambiance: Grand and luxurious. Service: Front desk service was okay, and English communication was smooth. The concierge staff were very courteous and polite."

"We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate."
