GGuest UserAlthough the room is small but very cozy, the mattress is very comfortable, the hotel reception staff is very friendly, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The only drawback is that it is far from the subway station, which takes 22 minutes to walk.

GGuest UserHotels in Paris are so expensive! The overall feeling is good, about 15 minutes from Metro Line 1 (La Defangs Square Station). Cleaned once every 2 days.

LLana37The room is very small but clean. Due to the limited space, there is no door to the bathroom—only a curtain. A hairdryer and a kettle with a tea/coffee corner are provided. The bed is quite comfortable. The hotel is located in a pleasant area, with many brasseries and small shops nearby, close to the city hall.

WWillohotel room is nice, but there is no toothbrush, shampoo and bodywash provided, only soap. Room cleaning service was so so only, towels were not tidy up in the wash room. Top level restaurant's view is nice.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the staff was super welcoming and friendly, so it was a good stay overall.
The bearkfast was also okay - not the biggest selection of options, but the coffee was good and the pastries were delicious.
The only thing that bothered me a lot was (1) the smell inside my room, and (2) the carpet. I tried to get rid of the smell by keeping the window open for a long time and also using some stick-on lavender fresheners, but it didn't do much unfortunately. Also, we carpet had stains on it and there was a lot of dust on it under the bed frame. I tried cleaning around a bit, but it didn't make much of difference.
In any case, I think this was an overall good stay for its money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room was very nice and clean with affordable prices. We love how the room literally looks like an apartment with a full set of things for you to cook and clean. The con is it doesn’t have a noise protection and we always heard things from other rooms at night but it was not that big problem. This location is close to little supermarket, restaurant and big mall. Nice location to stay it took only 15 mins by uber to the city. And the staff was very nice and friendly, the half thai one! We will stay here again next time when we come to paris!🙏🏼

TTRAVEL LOVER☆The hotel has good access to the city center, the room was a studio with a kitchen, it was clean and spacious, and there was hot water available immediately. Reasonable price.
The room had a great view of the Eiffel Tower, and the staff were very nice.
The hotel also had laundry facilities that could be used 24 hours a day, which was convenient for long-term stays.
It was a very satisfying stay and I would highly recommend it. I would like to use it again.
The only thing I would say is that the hotel entrance was hard to find, and I got lost on the first day. I would like you to improve this by posting more detailed information.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit damp, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was problematic; the shower door couldn't be closed properly, and water kept flowing out, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet. There's a simple shopping center next to the location, but taxis can't take you directly to the entrance; you have to drag your luggage a short distance along a cobblestone path next to the plaza to get to the hotel.

CChung FaiService is good, they can help us to call taxi if needed. However, room is quite small and the building is old. Bathroom is quite small. But concerning the price, it is still acceptable. But I would only recommend people to stay for a short period of time only.
