"I’ve been traveling around Europe for half a year, and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed.
As a student, I can usually only afford budget hotels, so I normally expect nothing more than a bed to sleep in for the night. But this place truly exceeded all my expectations.
We were a group of four and were given two connecting rooms, with two bathrooms, two kitchens, two fridges — basically two of everything! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. We immediately regretted only staying for one night.
Thankfully, checkout was at 12 pm, so we were actually able to get a good night’s sleep. And the best part was the free airport shuttle service, which could easily be booked at the front desk.
All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toulouse."
"Facilities: The room is quite big and the front desk is very good.
Environment: The room is clean and tidy.
Service: The front desk is warm and the attitude is good.
The location is very good, in the city center, you can walk to the attractions, there are Carrefour and other supermarkets next door to the hotel, shopping is very convenient!"
"Nice little hotel not far from the train station but also right on the bus route from the airport .
It was clean and we had a very good breakfast. It was a great location for walking into the centre which is on the way to the river. Good value for money and had a kettle in the room which I always like. Small supermarket right nearby as well.
Photo is of the bridge over the river. We had a lovely local meal just before the river for a very reasonable price."
"Great experience at Social Hub Toulouse ♥️ The rooms are quiet, modern and the bed is very comfortable. The service is very nice. The location is great : next to a metro station and a car parking, about 10 minutes from the center town by feet and 2 minutes from the wonderful japonese garden 🏮"
"It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers free parking in the center of Toulouse, which is rare and valuable. Most hotels in France have partnered with nearby parking facilities and charge an additional 20 euros for 24 hours, so it's great that it's free in the center. It's a bargain considering it's only a 5-minute walk from Toulouse Central Station (Matabiau). It's a cheaper version of an Ibis hotel, but it's more than enough for a normal night's sleep."
"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It offered excellent value for money, with a convenient location right above a metro station and just a short walk to the train station. There’s also a bakery just 2 minutes away, which was a lovely bonus.
The room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!"
"Pros:
- Close to the train station and main attractions (10-15 minutes walk)
- Quiet street
- Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen
- Friendly staff
- Comfortable bed on the upper level (loft bed)
Cons:
- The shower design is terrible; the showerhead is hung low and to the side, making it very inconvenient to use.
- You have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash before check-out.
P.S. Trip.com stated that laundry access was free, but this is not true - it costs 5 euros for washing + 3 euros for drying."
"Very well located hotel offering every comfort with the advantage of having private parking. Of course it's a little expensive but compared to the unreasonable prices in the city, it's still interesting! Special mention to the great breakfast, once again a little expensive but really plentiful. The staff is smiling and friendly 🙂"

Amazing
MMiyachaiThe hotel's location is superb, right on the central square with the Town Hall nearby. There's a public underground parking lot beneath the square, and plenty of dining and entertainment options in the vicinity. Most major attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable, with ample space and a nice view. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, definitely recommended.
GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It really deserves its excellent reviews. The staff were so welcoming, kind and were so patient with me when I tried to conduct the check-in in French for practice. They stayed in French and were happy to repeat and speak slowly - thank you so much for your kindness! They also showed us the room and facilities personally, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. The room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Good-size, hot shower I the en-suite bathroom. Good location, walkable to train station and central areas. The breakfast was also very good quality, and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre.
Genuinely friendly and helpful staff!
Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge.
The room itself is on the small side but nice.
Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion.
The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened)
Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not close to the train station, and it is located in between two subway stations. We took the subway from the train station and then walked to the hotel from the subway station. The room was a good size, with a small fridge, microwave, and kitchenware (pots, pans etc.) to cook a light meal. We requested at quiet room, and got a room at the end of a long hallway. It was quiet. The most interesting thing is that there is this ”reminder” in our room, telling us that we had to empty our own garbage before check-out, and if we don't, we will be billed at the ”current rates” but nobody told us what is the ”current rates”. Also, the same reminder states that if we break anything, or don't wash our own dishes and put them back at the exact spot where we found them, we will be billed at the current rates. We emptied the garbage, took the recycling downstairs, washed and dried all dishes, and put them back at the exact spot where we got them before we checked-out.
SSophia HackerI stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality.
On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.
JJust love travel by JaxThe hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.
TTravel ChilledEverything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice.
One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.
CC ARTUROClean - comfortable - an extra pillow would be nice for those who want one. The pool isn't 28 degrees but 25 degrees - in winter, two degrees more would be good. Good breakfast with a very friendly waitress. The welcome was also great, by the way.
We recommend.

B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV.
However, there were several drawbacks.
We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening.
The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much.
The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person.
No carpets in the rooms.
UU38066The location is fantastic! It's an 8-minute walk to the train station and a 9-minute walk to the bus station. The Capitol Square is just 12 minutes away, and the river is about a 15-minute walk. There's a Lidl supermarket right across the street, and a Carrefour City about 2 minutes away. I've been to Toulouse dozens of times, and I can't believe I never noticed this place before. It's right off the main street, with plenty of dining options and easy access to public transport. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk! The air conditioning in the room works great, and while the shower stall is small, the water temperature and pressure are excellent. For the price, it's a really good deal! There's also a small kitchen corner with a microwave and other basic appliances in the downstairs restaurant. The only downside is that it's an old building without an elevator (though the staircase is beautiful). This wasn't an issue for me, but it might be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
