AAnonymous UserLast-minute booking for a staycation, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was very spacious, and not having a balcony was fine for a short stay. The small kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, kettle and all necessary details well taken care of. I particularly liked the shower, which had strong water pressure and flow. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed—it was too soft for someone with back pain. However, given the price, it was a great stay. Recommended if you don’t mind a softer bed.

GGuest UserAll the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!” I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me. I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that. I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent.

GGuest UserThe day of our stay was an anniversary for us, and they even went to the trouble of decorating our room with a handwritten message. In the lounge on the top floor, all the staff greeted us with a smile. Given the location and facilities, this hotel offers excellent value for money (* 'ᵕ' )☆

Mmax_roStayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, from the station is only about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants and market nearby. You can reach the port for 5–7 minutes. Toilet and shower are common, are on every floor. In general, at its price it is a good and quite comfortable option for short stay.

GGuest UserFirst of all, up to 5 stars of the hotel lacked a convenient location of the roses on the sides of the bed (one was at the bed and the other near the entrance). The rest of the hotel is good. It was warm in the room, the air conditioner worked constantly for heating. The room was clean as in the photo on the Internet. The bathroom was new, with fresh repair. We were provided with additional hygiene. There is a staircase and an elevator in the hotel. To get to the rooms you have to walk through the breakfast room and climb up the other staircase above. The concierge usually sits in the breakfast room, but as a crowd to someone comes - immediately approaches the entrance. Very polite all, we were able to leave the bags to the receptacle after the eviction. When entering the boarding house, they asked for a document - they took the driver's license instead of a passport without problems. I asked for a room with the balcony, but it wasn 't as we were told, but we got the French balcony - beautiful !!! The view was on the city, good.

SShamin GholamiWe booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
