"The room was indeed small, comparable to Japanese hotels, and the elevator was the tiniest I'd ever seen – barely fitting one person and a suitcase. However, our room with a balcony offered a view of the Eiffel Tower, and we took some amazing photos there every morning and evening. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping everything very tidy. We were out early and back late, so we mostly just greeted the friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel's location is super convenient for metro access, and there's a Carrefour nearby for snacks and a cafe for breakfast. Excellent!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood that feels safe and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. It is about a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was a great bonus. The hotel is also close to several bus routes and subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. Public transportation provides direct access to many popular attractions, including the Louvre Museum and other major landmarks. Overall, this is a great choice for travelers who want a peaceful area to stay while still being well connected to the main sights of Paris."

"Great stay. Great staff and very good location. Easy to get to from main attractions. Local area has some good food spots. Hotel was clean and breakfast was fantastic. Only gripe was that mirrors where only in the bathroom with no mirrors in the main bedroom."

"The hotel is very cold in winter and the heating doesn't work well. We asked the staff for help, and their response was that it was already at its maximum. This didn't help us because we got sick, and we have a 6-month-old baby! The location is very nice, the hotel is comfortable and clean, although the room is a bit small. They only give you one bottle of water, regardless of the length of your stay (which I find absurd), and they charge €2 for each small bottle of water you buy. Therefore, it's better to buy water at a nearby store or the Carrefour on the corner. They also charge a tourist tax or fee; I'm not sure what it is. It's €3.50 per person per night, which is another bill to pay, effectively covering your entire stay. Overall, it's not bad, but there are many things that need improvement!"

"It’s a small room and the washroom is kind of like a closet. The location is not bad, 10 minutes walk from the subway station and it has a great bakery next door. Nothing is fancy and I don’t understand why it’s a 4-start hotel. No water kettle in the room was disappointed."

"This hotel is located really close to Montparnasse station which was convenient for us since we arrived at the station late at night. The reception person was very welcoming and the check in was very smooth. The room was big enough and was really clean. I could hear some noise from the neighbor but only when they were speaking loud. One thing to note, I personally think breakfast here is not necessary to add. We had booked the room with breakfast included, but the food choices are limited and was not great. It’s probably better to grab something from nearby bakery. It would taste better and cheaper. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"The old man who checked us in at night had a rather sarcastic tone when speaking English, which left a terrible first impression. In contrast, the staff member at check-out during the day was very friendly and much better. They offer luggage storage. However, the floor in the room wasn't particularly clean."
