"Hotel 30-35 minutes from the city center by metro. The rooms are small but clean, except for the carpet full of crumbs and other debris. The kettle, as well as the bathroom dispensers, are caked on. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The lobby and rooms are clean. The quality and price are fair. A supermarket, metro, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a good stay."

"Because all hotels were fully booked, I booked this one, but it is a nice, quiet room in a quiet, secure location with free parking. Otherwise, it is just good; a bit on the expensive side, but otherwise good."

"The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, but there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s advertised as such. A warning for less able clients - all the rooms are on the 1st / 2nd / 3rd floor and there isn’t a lift. If you can’t use stairs or lift a suitcase, here isn’t for you. The en-suite in our room wasn’t the cleanest. When we arrived, the bin hadn’t been replaced. There was also a really strong smell of urine every time we entered the room - even after housekeeping had been. The drain for the shower was very slow, so every time we showered, the tray filled with water. All that said, the service was lovely. The staff were helpful - especially the staff member who works the breakfast service. There was also another staff member on our last day who gave us travel information because there were no trains from Kew that day."

"Beds were rock hard. Shower screen broken beyond repair. Very old facilities and felt like a cheap B&B room from 90’s. Slanted floors and curtains not closing fully. Lots of building work going on outside which meant an early wake up.  Kettle and minimal condiments were helpful. Worthwhile if your expectations and price are low enough and you don’t care about much comfort or a quiet nights sleep. Great location next to Richmond train station."

"Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel."

"Good location, very convenient to the city centre ! In front of the hotel is the bus stop for two directions and not far away is the metro station. The room is big and comfortable ! I’ve requested for a higher floor when book but ends up not. Breakfast buffet is good and many varieties!"

"After a 12-hour flight and a 2-hour wait at customs, we finally arrived at the hotel to find only one Indian gentleman at the front desk. We had a long wait to check in. Our triple room booking only had one king-size bed. We tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one answered. Eventually, housekeeping picked up and within two seconds, pulled out the sofa bed for us. When we asked for an extra blanket, they said they'd send one over and then rushed off. We had to go to the front desk the next day to sort things out. I must say, the daytime front desk staff were quite good. They only provided two small boxes of water daily, and the blanket had noticeable stains. The highlight of this hotel is its location. It's close to three subway lines and many bus routes, including a direct bus to Windsor Castle. It offers great value for money. The breakfast was good."
