Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was generally clean and well-equipped. The location and transport links were decent, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. There's room for improvement regarding some of the facilities and soundproofing, and a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would be great. Considering the price and overall quality, it's a reasonable option, especially for a short stay.

Guest UserThe room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the location is excellent, with commercial facilities and a subway station nearby. The restaurant and bar on the top floor are fantastic. The downsides are that the room size is not very large and the air conditioning system isn't always very powerful.

Guest UserGreat location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

The location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement.

Jo WarawutIf you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Guest UserThe pods are suitable for a couple of days or if it's just a sleeping base.
Spotlessly clean totally practical.
A five minute walk from Euston station so completely central.
For me this does exactly what you set out to do.
Cooked breakfast with lots of continental choices.
What made it a ten for me was a bar on site and a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine
Your staff were super helpful the breakfast hit the spot the pods thought of everything hairdryer seat table and beautifully appointed

BoYanboThis is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.

Anonymous UserIt was great stay in Berjaya Eden! I personally live the vibdes. It was walking distance to Bayswater station and Queensway St.
It also easy for you to find the halal foods. Its everywhere and easy to access!
This is my second time to stayed here. The staff was really good and polite.
Eventhough the room that i choose was a little bit “not so spacious” but its ok as long as it walking distance from one to another.
Will repeat?? Of course YES!!

Even though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away.
