"Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed for a week and had requested a room with a view in advance because it was my birthday. The view was splendid, and the hotel was cozy. Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. Also, a suggestion: it would be great to have toothbrush holders in the bathroom. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends."

"We stayed as two couples in mid-March. We were given rooms next to each other in building 4, without balconies and with a river view. We really enjoyed it: comfortable beds and nice linens (I'm very particular about that). Tasty breakfast, pleasant reception, and responsive staff. There was some noise, but it wasn't critical. The location is ideal. This is our fifth time in Tbilisi, and we specifically chose this area. The hotel entrance is just to the right of the most beautiful bathhouse. There's a soulful and delicious restaurant with singing and dancing just across the bridge from the hotel; I recommend visiting from 8 PM onwards. The bathhouses are also a must-visit."

"I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 😍 The host is incredibly hospitable and helped with all our questions. There are many shops nearby, fresh fruits, and Khinkali House which is open until 1 AM. It's about a 7-minute walk to Avlabari metro, and it's also very convenient to walk down a set of stairs to the Old Town. Just above the hotel, there's a temple with beautiful, spacious grounds! You can watch a beautiful sunset from the hotel's terrace. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a small balcony! From now on, I'll only be staying here when I'm in Tbilisi 🍷"

"The location is fantastic, with a metro station right next door. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk to the Old Town and the cable car. The room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi and hot water were stable. They provided two complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is served on the top floor, offering a nice view."

"A pretty decent hotel. Its location is definitely its best asset – there might be better options out there, but this one worked perfectly for me. The river is just 4-5 minutes away, and across the bridge, you'll find the old town. Breakfast was fine; I won't list everything, but there was plenty to eat. They did turn off the heating a bit too soon, though, considering it was early April, so the room was a bit chilly. Also, the hot water was inconsistent; one time, I had to take a cold shower because it just wouldn't come. But honestly, those are minor details. Overall, it was quite good!"

"Hotel Review - 10/10 My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience – a well-deserved 10 out of 10! First, the location: the hotel is perfectly situated – close to the city center, major attractions, and the metro. The rooms left a great impression: clean, with a modern design and ergonomic furniture; impeccable cleanliness; a comfortable bed with a quality mattress; a set of amenities (kettle, air conditioning, tea); fast and stable Wi-Fi; an impressive city view from the rooftop. Service: friendly, attentive staff, ready to help 24/7; quick response to any requests (from ordering a taxi to restaurant recommendations); thorough daily cleaning. We enjoyed the food: the breakfast was hearty and varied, clearly made with care. The owner, Leila, is a kind and responsive person, and the staff is just as wonderful. Thank you, we would definitely return! :)"

"A truly wonderful stay! We stayed in the room with the terrace in the 3rd floor. Had a relaxing time having dinners in there (bought some veggies and takeaway). It is located right next to those infamous sulphur baths (highly recommended). Everything is within walking distance (botanical garden if you want to have a relaxing walk), and old buildings if you walk a bit further). The staff was also kind and helpful! Girls at the reception helped with literally every little question or issue we had. Went an extra mile which I truly appreciated!"

"In general, the impression of staying in this hotel remains positive. The main virtue of the hotel is excellent location. As for the room: it corresponds to the photo on the website. The furniture is already old, but it is not critical. The room was a safe we didn't use and there was no refrigerator we would use. As a result, the products were put on the window outside, the good weather allowed. The vent in the bathroom is, but it is very weak, overheated and disabled. There is a TV in the room, but the remote from it didn't work. For two people 3 hangers and 0 any extra hooks, this is clearly not enough taking into account the top clothes. What we are unpleasantly surprised is a terrible dirty carpet (but I understand it is a problem of the whole hotel, not a specific room). The dirty spots were also seen on bed linen and curtains. Still, it is not very pleasant to observe this morally. The pillows are uncomfortable, low, sluggish, feel a muscle filler, they should be replaced for a long time. The blanket is small, for two people who are not sleeping in the arms, is hard enough. But here with the view from the room we are lucky. As for cleaning: Every day changed towels, soap/shoulder gel, reported toilet paper, water, tea, coffee. Breakfasts are good, delicious and quite diverse. We had a bottle of wine, but there was no chewing. The guys at the respiratory were kind to help us with it."

"The hotel has a great location, is very clean, and offers a rich breakfast with plenty of vegetables. The room was a bit small, but the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel also has a strong awareness of environmental protection."
