Nice room and clean. Near food paradise especially Pasar Lama Food Street. Great friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing. The only thing is room window don't have much view but it's alright.

Novotel Tangerang. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tangerang. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, though the actual distance isn't that far – the city lives up to its 'traffic jam city' nickname! Check-in was quite convenient; just hand over your passport. A deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. The service was very welcoming, and it's a bonus that they offer smoking rooms. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Just be sure to check their operating hours. There's a glass door on the ground floor that leads directly into the adjacent Tangerang City Mall, which really elevates the hotel's appeal. Many airlines use this hotel for their crews. If you sit by the entrance for a bit, you'll see flight attendants from several different airlines, which is quite nice. I booked early, so the value for money was absolutely fantastic.

Convenient & affordable. Cleanness is not bad for the room but the washroom is quite dirty. Hopefully they can improve & ensure the washroom is washed with a better smell before letting any customer check-in. Thank you. Ya Waduud 💚

The toilet smells and isn't clean. The shower faucet is broken and won't turn on. The room is safe and comfortable, but the toilet isn't very clean. The location is great, close to the food area and the city center.

Flexible check-in, the young staff working there were great.

The location is very good. There is a night market just outside. The whole hotel is very new, but the only thing that is not good is that there is a small decorative pillow that has a strong smell.
