Good location, near market, closed to chinatown, also paskal square shopping mall, even train or woosh station ... Walking distance to sudirman street (culinairy area) and cibadak street food, both during the night ... Half a mile away, there're famous braga street and asia africa converence summit museum ... The room itself very clean, tidy and comfort ... High quality of bed, linen, towels ... Just no kettle/coffee and tea maker in the room, but their staffs gladly help to serve you in the room, by request ...

It’s okay for at most one night, any longer and i wouldn’t recommend. The room itself was fine in terms of cleanliness, you could see the age of the place but it was okay, personally I didn’t use the cups in the room as they weren’t really clean. The sheets were clean but you could see the age of them as well. The bathroom on the other hand, that was a disaster, it smelled extremely bad, not sure whether it was sewage or something else but I really disliked stepping in there. There was soap but lack of shampoo as well. The sink was also clogging up from water running. Location on the other hand was really good, 5mins to the station on foot, it can’t get any better than that and a shopping centre not too far either.

The hotel is strategically located very close to the entrance of Paskal 23 mall. The price is very affordable. It's suitable for a stay and resting. The facilities are perfectly adequate for the price. So, no issues as long as the pillows and mattress are clean. All the best!

The hotel must improve its cleanliness, because there were several cockroaches in the room. The bathroom also needs attention, whereas the sink was not properly maintain, so the water did not drain fast. The toilet was also in the same condition. Breakfast was fair, it just the milk for the cereal was not fresh milk. It was skimmed milk mixed with water. I think it needs to have a coffee shop in the hotel, because there are no coffee shop around and nearby the hotel.

Overall, nice. For the price of 70 million an is quite satisfactory. Although the bathroom is outside, and you have to take a 3 lt staircase, but I think it's quite private because you don't wait in line and it's quite quiet, so it's not disturbing. A little tip, if you check in, ask for a room that is close to a bathroom, it's delicious! Not a fussy. The service is also friendly, because I missed the phone charger but it was super shocked and was very helpful with them. Thx u Unique Guesthouse :))

The location is very close to the station. There are many food areas nearby😋. Unfortunately, the room space is a bit small, but the relative price is very affordable. It is very suitable for petty bourgeoisie travel! So I stayed for three days 👍

Because I only stayed for one night, it felt so-so. The room was just ordinary. I stayed with 4 people in 4 rooms of the same type, but when I checked, it turned out that the rooms were all different sizes. My friends' ACs were leaking, but luckily my room didn't. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Location is awesome, Very covinient. However cant complaint as its a budget hotel. So you will share together with long stay tenant. Just hygiene not up to my standard
