Amazing
HHUGOKAUI had a wonderful stay at Batam Marriott Hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. The selection was diverse, with a wide variety of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making breakfast a great start to the day.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the creativity of the bartender. The drinks were not only well-made but also presented with a unique and thoughtful touch. It added something special to the evening experience and showed great attention to detail.
Overall, Batam Marriott Hotel offers excellent service, a great dining experience, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batam, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay.

LLibra LadyHotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow – it helped me sleep really well! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

GGuest UserVery well kep, nicely designed and comfortable hotel. Most of my experience matched fully, what I would expect from an well known upscale hotel.
However, my room didn't had any power outlets and no light switch in reach of my bed (I couldn't charge my phone and look at it while lying in bed) . The lights above the bed didn't seem to work (or I couldn't find the matching switch).
These issues seemed to apply only for my room. Others in my group said their rooms didn't had these issues. They in return complained about noise (5am prayers opposite their window and noise from the neighouring room), while I found my room super quiet.
Wifi is provided and easy to login, but with very mediocre bandwidth. Even whatsapp calls had quality issues.
The processes might need a bit of ironing out (tongues instead of a ladle for soup, no spoons that fit into the yogurt shot glasses, rooms not ready for check-in by 3pm), but the staff was super friendly and could fix all issues quickly. It really wasn't a big issue at all.
The breakfast buffet was good and had some very tasty items, notably the Tahu Kentong Sambal.
It was generally a very nice and relaxing stay in a not crowded, luxurious hotel. If I could get a room with a power outlet and light switch next to my bed, I would rate it 5 stars and would book it again.

GGuest UserQuite a cosy hotel with toiletries like toothbrush kits are provided. There's a connecting room. Aircon & wifi is ok. A good location, close to Nagoya Hill, abt 2-5 min drive. Didn't try to walk there because of the main road which makes it hard to walk around. There is a couple of laundry marts near the hotel, abt 4 min walk. There is Indomaret & Alfamart convenience store, just outside the hotel, abt 2 min walk. Can smell the cigarette smoke smell outside the room. Breakfast is ok, with local spread. Can request for omelette from the waiter.

AAnonymous UserI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇
