TTikatsIt was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.

GGuest UserIf u looking for budget hotel, here is the best. Big and conform room. Great location, walk distance to The Great Asia Africa and Farmhouse. Easy to find food stalls and grab or Gojek to move around. Overall, this is run down hotel, however, the staff is very helpful.

GGuest UserIt's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure.

AAnonymous UserLembang Asri is making more progress. New front office. Many rooms have been renovated. Only for wifi the signal is still not good. Hot water is also unstable. Incidentally we chose a junior suite room. For wifi maybe it can be added, so that the signal is better. Hot water so that the heat is stable. The front doors should be given more attention, there are some that need to be repaired or repainted to make them better. For the toilet, you can provide a fragrance/camphor so that the toilet smell doesn't come out, because the smell of the toilet in my room goes into the bedroom. Other than that, I am always satisfied staying at Lembang Asri. Because of the cool air.

AAnonymous UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and some great local attractions. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

BBitfoyleSaung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

MMeldbbyWe made a last-minute booking at Nirwana Lembang, and it turned out to be totally worth it. Even with the sudden plan, the price was reasonable for what we got, so overall it felt like good value for money. The place is very family-friendly, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the cool Lembang weather.
One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool it’s spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The garden area is also suitable for gatherings, whether for big family trips or small group events. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, especially considering it was a last-minute booking, and we would definitely consider coming back for another family getaway.

AAnonymous UserIt was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.

AAries JonathanPlease just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.
