"This is an excellent hotel for a couple of days, a great option for an overnight stay after a long flight. We walked directly from the airport, not taking the detour shown on maps, but the shortest route. It turned out to be quite inconvenient, especially with luggage, as there's practically no sidewalk and it's difficult to cross the road to the hotel side – there are no traffic lights nearby (and traffic is heavy even at night). The hotel itself is excellent, with beautiful grounds and a pool (part of the pool was under renovation). There were definitely free sun loungers in the morning. The breakfast buffet was decent, with enough options and a good selection of fruits. The room was perfectly fine, with some minor scuffs on the wooden interior, but still cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"I can watch the sea from the bar all day, it has the perfect beach vibe and it’s just so relaxing in the hotel, but the food was alright at the bar but the Italian restaurant in the hotel was chefs kiss. The room was amazing it’s extremely comfortable. The location was great, there’s a lot of laundromat and food around that area, overall a really comfortable stay, would 10/10 recommend this. Oh and I highly recommend the rooftop yoga!! You get to see the sunset and it feels super serene and connected to yourself."

"A secluded paradise Very tranquil Large, comfortable, and fully equipped rooms. The food was also delicious. No motivation to go out. Suitable for honeymoons, families with children, or even company team building? Basically, just relax and enjoy the comfort. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, bringing me a breakfast box very early every day because I needed to leave early for diving. There are many steps, which might not be suitable for people with mobility issues or the elderly. Otherwise, it's very comfortable, but the location is rather odd. For me, it was because I was on my way to diving."

"A magnificent hotel with a fantastic location and excellent service! The villa with a jacuzzi was wonderful, everything inside was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, down to the smallest details. And that bathroom! Absolutely delightful. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, everyone was friendly, and they responded immediately to any requests or wishes. Breakfasts were à la carte and delicious. We relaxed at the Moonstone lounge, which was very beautiful; we really enjoyed the pizza and cocktails 👍 We took advantage of the complimentary hotel photoshoot and paid extra for additional photos, and we were very pleased with both the process and the results. I visited the spa twice, it was excellent! There are evening programs for guests, live music, and Balinese dances. The atmosphere is wonderful. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, but watching the waves is a pleasure, and the pool is sufficient. Overall, the hotel grounds are very green, well-maintained, and there are many beautiful spots for photos. There's a shuttle service to Sanur Beach and the art village, which we didn't use. Special thanks to the hotel for beautifully and romantically celebrating our wedding anniversary 😍 We would gladly return!"

"I will recommend this to everyone I know who wants to visit Bali! Start your day wonderfully with breakfast – the bakery section is so diverse it could be a standalone bakery! The black coffee is delicious, and the noodles are great too. All the staff are smiling and very friendly, and the hotel activities are fun, including aqua aerobics in the pool. It's about a 15-minute walk to the boat pier along the beach, perfect for trips to and from Nusa Penida. The package included an afternoon tea, which was a drinker's paradise, and I even had the best salak fruit here. Being in the Sanur area, it's also very quiet at night. This place is my utopia."

"I originally booked this hotel because it was close to Sanur Pier for my trip to Nusa Penida the next day. When I arrived, I found it to be a pretty nice resort. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel grounds were lush with greenery, and the bar and restaurant by the beach had a great vacation vibe. The hotel's spa service was also good. Breakfast was quite comprehensive, but what truly deserves praise is the restaurant. Their pork ribs were absolutely delicious, the best I've had in Bali. They were sweet, spicy, and savory, with incredibly tender meat. The beer was good too."

"We booked this place because we missed our ferry, and it's super close to the ferry company. They also recommended us a boat for the next day. As for everything else, it was just okay. The cantaloupe at breakfast had a strange spice taste, not sure if it was from the cutting board or if it's a known issue, haha. We also got a massage there because we didn't want to have it in our room. I didn't realize they had a spa bed until I went to the second hotel. So we ended up choosing a very open-air gazebo at their place, lol."

"A cozy, small hotel with a pleasant pool area. The rooms need some updating, but are very clean. Breakfasts were good in the restaurant on the ground floor, and we also went there for dinner; the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. The hotel is located near the beach, but it's not suitable for swimming and often has an unpleasant odor. I'd like to especially thank the hotel staff for their friendliness and willingness to help with any questions."

She begins with purification and sound bathing—a ceremonial reset for the soul. I experienced her Balinese, Hot Stone, and Foot & Leg massages; each was transcendent. My advice to anyone, whether staying at the resort or not: book your treatments with Susan. She is a legend and a true healer. The Experience From the quiet, artful mornings to the evenings spent enjoying the resort's beautiful culinary touches, every moment here felt like a warm embrace. The grounds are lush, the ambiance is serene, and the team operates with a level of grace that is rare to find. To Sonny, to Susan, and to the entire Intercontinental team: thank you for turning a solo journey into a soulful homecoming. "The hotel is very conveniently located – close to the beach and a promenade. It's quite busy, but no one bothers anyone. In 5 minutes, you're in the city, with shops, a pharmacy, and currency exchange nearby. There are plenty of cafes to suit all tastes. The breakfast at the hotel is good enough. The hotel is no longer new, and they try to maintain it, BUT some of the power outlets didn't work, and some were broken. The room cleanliness upon check-in was about a 4 out of 5. The shower had no issues with water, the air conditioning worked, and the bed and mattress were fine. The room had good soundproofing. In the evenings, there were always some programs or performances. I didn't particularly enjoy the 'Balinese dinner' – everything was very spicy. I understand it's Asia, but they should consider guests' taste preferences. On the other hand, everything at breakfast was fine. Overall, despite some minor issues, I would recommend the hotel."
