Please improve the service from the security and parking management of the Hotel, because its too tiny and difficult parking whenever the cafe besides the hotel is crowd"

"I arrived late at night, and a long-term resident there helped me call the staff since they were already asleep. I was checked in very quickly. There's a lot of space, and it's quiet, except for my neighbors coughing loudly sometimes. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there was hot water, and they cleaned the room and changed the bedding on my second day. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The staff was friendly."

"Experience quite good. Not happy with public access to swimming pool. No room for quiet swim on Sunday. I decided that with so many children splashing around that it is unsafe for me. Cafe accessible but limited staff. Food ordinary but edible. Staff friendly and helpful!"

"Not a bad hotel. The same issue here as in many places in Asia - the room is damp and there's rust/mold in the shower. Otherwise, everything is good: responsive staff and regular room cleaning. The buffet breakfast is very good. The pool and gym are a very nice bonus for such a reasonable price per night."

"Amazing location and friendly staff! It's opposite the Bali Museum and 10 minutes walk from Badung Market and Kumbasari Art Market. Also a good starting point for daytrips to the volcano, Ubud or Seminyak. The room is huge and clean, just need to bring your own toothbrush, slippers etc. Towels and two small bottles of water are provided. The garden and pool are amazing!"

"Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days of Nyepi, alone. The facilities are ordinary, there were no tissues in the bathroom, but I didn't ask for them because I brought my own tissues, clean is clean. I didn't expect much because it was cheap. I thought they would provide a kettle to heat water which is usually available in hotels, but it wasn't, the AC was really cold"

"Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts."

"When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak."

"The room was comfortable, and the location was quite convenient. The cleanliness of the toilet could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would suggest adding a small bedside lamp for guests who prefer softer lighting while sleeping."
