Excellent hotel. Room was spacious with very good layout and facilities. The breakfast was outstanding with dozens of local and western dishes. The staff was very polite and helpful! Only improvement would be for sound proofing in the room. Otherwise fantastic hotel. Will stay again.

This hotel is located right next to Yogyakarta train station, making the location fantastic. The front desk staff are friendly, the rooms are well-designed, and the views from the windows are great. Both the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I used the laundry service in the morning and got my clean clothes back the same evening, which was super convenient. The best part about this hotel, though, is their breakfast; it's Indonesian cuisine, which is so much better than hotels that only offer Western breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Yogyakarta; it's absolutely worth it.

Room: Clean, tidy, and no musty or smoke odor. The only downside is that the bathroom is too small. Breakfast: Quite complete for a 4-star hotel, but the variety of food could be better. Parking: This is my main criticism. The car park isn't spacious enough compared to hotels of a similar class. Before this hotel officially opened, they really should have added at least two more parking levels. That way, for weddings or events, cars wouldn't overflow onto the street and cause traffic jams. Front office: If possible, they should add more front office staff. It's a shame that there's only one person working shifts from afternoon until evening; they must be exhausted. Otherwise, everything else is generally good.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options, and the staff were very friendly. It's about a 5-minute drive from Yogyakarta Station and also conveniently close to Malioboro Street by car. The swimming pool is quite spacious, but the towel pickup/return area is a bit inconvenient as it's far from the rooms. There were no lifeguards or attendants at the pool, and although the sunbeds don't have parasols, the sun didn't feel too strong.

A stunning collection of traditional decorative pieces, and the corridors always smell amazing. The service and breakfast were excellent—even with some communication challenges, the staff really tried their best. The dinner buffet isn’t recommended as the variety is quite limited. The location is fantastic, right in the city centre. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Facilities: It looks old, but it is actually very modern. Hygienic: Very good, no smell. Environment: The exterior is being demolished and renovated. The sound is a bit loud. The sound insulation effect can be further and better. Service: Very good. Ask for help. In addition, the breakfast room is on the back of the first floor, worthy of the hotel's level.

I got I room with Meraki view 😍 so beautiful in the morning. The hotel is clean and food is also delicious employs are nice. This hotel is recommended 👌

I stayed at Hotel griya jogja for 1 night and overall my experience was very pleasant. The location is strategic, close to the city center and tourist attractions. The check-in process was fast and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and comfortable,with complete facilities such as air conditioning,tv,and water heater for tea/coffee.the beds are soft and the bathrooms are also cleaned.wifi is available throughout the hotel area and the connection is quite stable. the breakfast is varied and tastes good,although the dining room is a bit crowded on weekends.the extra facilities such as swimming pool and gym are also good enough for this class hotel. The only shortcoming is the sound from outside the room is a little audible, especially if there are noisy guests in the hallway. But overall, I am satisfied and will most likely come back to stay here if visit again.

There were quite a few small cockroaches in the room. The TV wasn't working and had no channels. The location was okay and the room facilities were okay.
