Hotels near Kelapa Gading Mall, North Jakarta

The location within Ancol is undeniably great, with so many cool spots for photos. The hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast has a wide variety of choices. I've been here many times, but I never get bored! 😄 Coincidentally, I visited during Jakarta's anniversary, which made it even more exciting. I'll definitely be back again! 😍 And it doesn't stop there... the huge swimming pool makes the kids happy! 🎉

The rooms are really nice, quite new, and the facilities are excellent. It's connected to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, which is great for Chinese travelers. The breakfast spread is generous, and the swimming pool, though small, is decent. It's a bit on the pricey side, so it's probably best suited for business trips.

Came here for a music festival that was happening right next door at JIEXPO. It was the PERFECT location because it's only a 3 min (I timed it) from the hotel to the entrance gate. The only reason I gave it low rating for the amenities is that they do not have an iron facility in the room, we can only iron our clothes in a dedicated place at the laundry room, that's a big hassle for me, esp as a solo traveller. Breakfast selection was also a let down but nothing big. Other than that, top notch in everything. Will definitely stay here, esp when attending music fests or concerts. Also there's a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel, so it'll fix your coffee craving if needed, but I didn't go the whole 3 days there.

The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were very dirty; it felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up very early by roosters crowing, even though I had asked the front desk staff to put me in a quieter location. The service staff, however, were all very good and had a great attitude. Breakfast was just okay.

I had a great stay at Oakwood PIK Jakarta. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport or if you plan to explore the PIK area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby. The service was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including a water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, and even a cooking area, which made the stay feel very convenient and homely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.

My third stay at Hariston Hotel & Suites Pluit offered the same familiar comfort and great location that I have come to appreciate, though this particular visit was slightly marred by a noticeable mosquito issue. While the overall hospitality remained consistent and the check-in process was as efficient as always, Iencountered a large number of mosquitoes inside the property during this trip, which became quite bothersome during my downtime. Despite this major inconvenience, the fundamental qualities of the hotel still held up well, as the room itself was clean and spacious, the bed was highly comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a great escape from the Jakarta heat. The breakfast buffet continued to offer a satisfying and diverse spread of local and Western choices, and the secure basement parking remained immensely practical for my daily travels. While I still value this property for its excellent pricing and accessibility to the airport toll road, the pest issue is something that definitely needs more proactive maintenance from the management to ensure a fully comfortable environment for guests. This apartment hotel truly impressed me. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent facilities. The kitchen and washing machine were particularly useful, making it perfect for longer stays. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location offers convenient transportation and great amenities nearby.
