"The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great. For the price, I think it's really worth it. The location is also super strategic because the hotel is inside a mall, which is very efficient. It's also really convenient for those who bring a car as you get free parking 🚗 The only thing is, since it's a budget hotel, the amenities are quite basic. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or hairdryer. The soap and shampoo are also pretty average, lol. But overall, it's still very acceptable, especially for a short stay or if you're just looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest."

"Excellent hotel – clean, tidy, and with great service. The only downside is how noisy it is. The soundproofing in the rooms is really poor. The motorbikes outside were so loud, it felt like I didn't sleep all night!"

"The hotel location is prime across the Mall of Indonesia, eatery and access to main road. The room is fairly clean. I requested a non smoking room but the first room given to me was smelling of stale cigarettes. The staff were accommodating and immediately changed into an another non smoking room. However the pillow case was not properly cleaned. See attached photos. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with basic amenities in the room such as a mini kettle, tea and coffee's sachet. Nearby there were mini mart and a family oriental restaurant. The hotel does have a good sized outdoor swimming pool. It is suitable for a short stay."

"Just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the immaculate and thoughtfully designed room. "The room was decent enough, fitting the budget. Just a suggestion, as someone who also works in the hotel industry, particularly as a room steward: please pay attention to the bed sheets. When I checked, the bottom sheet seemed like it hadn't been changed. It also looked like two twin bed sheets were used to make up a queen bed. I'm guessing whether Fave Hotel is short on queen bed sheets, which is why they're using twin bed sheets to make a queen bed. I understand the situation."

"The double room was tiny, with the beds practically touching, which was quite inconvenient. The hygiene was pretty bad; there were even small flying insects. Our first room was right next to the road and extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night. We asked to switch rooms, but the air conditioning unit outside the second room was so loud, it was almost as bad as being next to the road."

"I stayed at this hotel and found the location very convenient for my needs. The overall experience was decent, and the staff were generally helpful. However, the hotel is showing its age and could benefit from some upgrades. The bedsheets were quite thin, and some appeared stained or not as clean as expected, which affected the comfort of the stay. Many of the facilities and furnishings also seem outdated. Other than that, my stay was okay and the hotel served its purpose well. I hope the management considers renovating some of the older facilities and improving the quality of the bedding, as these changes would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"The hotel is located near Kelapa Gading, in a Chinese-majority neighborhood, tucked away in an alley. There's a convenience store nearby. It's about a 20-minute drive to MOI, and around 40 minutes to the Time Zone. The soundproofing in the hotel is just okay, so it can be quite noisy. However, the service is good, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is Indonesian style, which might not be to everyone's taste if you're used to Chinese food."
