Hotels near Tzu Chi Indonesia, North Jakarta

The hotel has complete facilities and is suitable for a family staycation with small children, offering many amenities that provide comfort for kids. The food is quite good with a wide variety. One thing that needs improvement is room readiness at check-in. It took over an hour to check in because the room wasn't ready, even though the hotel's policy states check-in is at 3:00 PM, the room still wasn't prepared. We could only enter at 3:XX PM. This was the longest check-in process we've ever experienced, with no explanation given to us while we waited in line.

Attended an exhibition. Flew from Vietnam to Indonesia, which took about 3 hours. The staff service was decent, and English communication was not an issue. There weren't many dining options around, and the area felt a bit deserted.

The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were very dirty; it felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up very early by roosters crowing, even though I had asked the front desk staff to put me in a quieter location. The service staff, however, were all very good and had a great attitude. Breakfast was just okay.

I asked for a high floor but was given a 5th floor. When I came in the room smell of smoke. I could not sleep the 1st night. I asked for my room to be treated for non smoking and it was better so I decided not to change rooms. It was too hectic to move my things around, plus the lift took a really long time if I stayed higher up. The breakfast was so so. There was no porridge which I was looking for. The service was ok, can’t charge food to the room like they’re so afraid I will run and not pay. Location is definitely good if you plan to hang out in north jakarta only. Overall, my stay was average. Rooms need to be updated, quite old and dark and no mirror except in bathroom. Can’t even do make up coz it’s sooo dark.

The location of this hotel is very good and convenient to access. You don’t have to worry about food because there are many restaurants around the area. The hotel is quite good, but don’t expect it to be as new as a newly built hotel since it has been operating for a long time. Other than that, everything is great. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Grear price point and loved the exec lounge. Unbelievable value for a suite + lounge access with spirits offered. Didn't get to use the pool as it was always filled with loads of kids splashing about, but I guess it is a family friendly property afterall. Target market is local tourists. Breakfast was sufficient, but could be improved as I have stayed at cheaper properties with better spreads. Good late night street food nearby, and should also note that the hotel is attached to a mall, albeit very rundown with many businesses closed within the mall. All in all, still a great value accom.

My third stay at Hariston Hotel & Suites Pluit offered the same familiar comfort and great location that I have come to appreciate, though this particular visit was slightly marred by a noticeable mosquito issue. While the overall hospitality remained consistent and the check-in process was as efficient as always, Iencountered a large number of mosquitoes inside the property during this trip, which became quite bothersome during my downtime. Despite this major inconvenience, the fundamental qualities of the hotel still held up well, as the room itself was clean and spacious, the bed was highly comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a great escape from the Jakarta heat. The breakfast buffet continued to offer a satisfying and diverse spread of local and Western choices, and the secure basement parking remained immensely practical for my daily travels. While I still value this property for its excellent pricing and accessibility to the airport toll road, the pest issue is something that definitely needs more proactive maintenance from the management to ensure a fully comfortable environment for guests. What a wonderful stay!! Perfect location... close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable!
