the most impressive is from all the hotel staff , they are so helpful and friendly !
Special credit to the services crew in the restaurant , always on top on our request and we really enjoy the breakfast time.
Kudos to the staff at reception counter , the guy is very humour and funny , give us very impress memory on our leaving day.

AAnonymous UserThere were stains on the bed sheet, not sure what they were. There was also an empty big water bottle under the desk, prob from the previous guest. Other than that everything is good. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok. I think the best part of this hotel is the location because it's at the center of Malioboro.

AAround&AboutWe stayed 3 nights, the common areas were big enough also with a kitchenette available for guests. The area was silent but not the guesthouse, continue noise from other guests starting at 6am. The room was also spacious although very outdated and dusty. We asked for cleaning and the staff accomodated our request. The other main issues were the mosquitos which kept us awake most of the night together with the other guests' noise.

GGuest UserDas Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist einfach und schmucklos, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Es war kein Toilettenpaper vorhanden. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und das Fenster ist praktisch wirkungslos. Gefühlt fuhren deshalb fast die ganze Nach die Motorräder direkt durch das Zimmer.

For the price you pay, you can't get more centrally located, close to everything hotel then this.
Laundry service is cheap, quick, and friendly. total opposite to Diponegoro hotel in Surabaya.
Basic accomodation if you looking at your hotel as your destination.
I consider this hotel is a bargain for the price I pay.
I'll comeback.

GGuest UserTrès bonne surprise. Hôtel neuf très confortable idéalement situé dans une rue calme a côté de l'avenue principale de Yogyakarta. Il y a même Netflix dans la chambre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et réactif. L'hôtel n'a pas de salle de restaurant mais de nombreuses options sont disponibles aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille et est servi directement dans la chambre, c'était très bon.

GGuest UserThe service is good, but we didn't put the sign ” Make up my room ” but the staff enter the room without our consent. We didn't request any new towels or whatever. And the toilet window style, a bit less privacy. We can see who in the toilet haha, we had to turn off the light for privacy. But if they were spouse maybe it's not a big deal. Overall, clean, comfort and nice place to stay!

It's just the bathroom and AC, maybe they can be cleaned regularly.
