"The hotel is a bit old and not very clean. At first, I was placed in a room where the lights would turn on randomly at night. Later, I was moved to a better room where this issue didn’t occur. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is dirty—I found someone else’s (women’s) hair in the shower. However, the service and staff were excellent—very helpful with any request. Overall, my impression is neutral. The location is convenient."

"I chose to staycation here yesterday because I was short on time and it was a weekend, so other hotels were fully booked, leaving only this one. Since the hotel isn't too far from my home, I picked it. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. I stayed in room 610. First, the room door was a bit difficult to open. Next, I booked a room with two single beds, but there was only one pair of hotel slippers provided. The window handle area was extremely dirty; I didn't even want to look out at the night view. In the bathroom, the drain cover was wide open, which was very disturbing and I was worried insects might come out and enter the room. On the bed cover, there was a hole and menstrual blood, which was very upsetting. The TV also had no signal, so it was super, super boring in the room. Don't the housekeepers check all these things when a customer checks out??? I didn't take any photos because I was too disappointed. I even checked out super early in the morning, which I normally don't do. This was my worst staycation experience at a 3-star hotel in South Jakarta. Please, management, fix this immediately and pay more attention to the facilities provided to customers. For 397k, I believe customers should rightfully get a decent room, adequate facilities, and a good experience. Thank you."

"I booked a room for 2 to enjoy the weekend with no breakfast. Last time it wasn’t good to have the breakfast so we decided to eat outside or order grab. In the mall there was RANCH MARKET a big supermarket chain and a lot of restaurant’s and cafe’s.  We bought drinks and snacks but the issue was the refrigerator. It was not cool enough to store the thin;s we bought and got warm. You guy’s defiantly need to change those. And I have requested a king size or a Queen size bed but they put two single bed’s together so the middle was uncomfortable. Other wise the staff is  fast on responding requests and kind. If you have a chance to come I recommend you trying this place. Oh… last time I spent on the Suite and this time Executive.,.. Very different space and facilities so check it out first. "

"This was my second visit, and it wasn't as good as the first time. The Wi-Fi wasn't working well, possibly because we were on the 3rd floor. The fridge wasn't cold, so I couldn't have a cool drink for my entire 3-day, 2-night stay. Breakfast was okay, but the broken elevator was a real inconvenience."
