GGuest UserFrom the moment I checked in, the staff member assisting me rarely smiled. I booked 2 rooms plus 1 extra bed for a total of 5 people. When I went for breakfast, the attendant taking down the details didn't explain things well; it felt like I was trying to sneak in extra people for a free meal. The communication of the staff should be improved through training to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserI love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

GGuest Userof some glamping options, XPLORE62 the price is the most competitive, there is a quite comfortable place to have a drink, I happened to take the cabin type so it was not a tent model, but the disadvantage is that the cabin needs to be improved there are many roofs leaking drops, so it was moved with a towel, when I came on January 3, 2026 the water heater condition was not working, the staff said it was broken and no technician came yet even though the system is gas water heater is not electric, There from 6 pm to morning, the electricity is on using the generator so far, the lights are safe and you can charge the gadgets, you can also have breakfast fried rice + fried eggs (omelet), the staff is very friendly, the car parking facilities are free and there is a car pick-up facility 4x4,because the snack options are limited,it is recommended to bring your own snacks,so far it is fun,but the water heater thing is necessary to be repaired soon,the name is on the mountain the water is super cold haha

GGuest UserStrategic location, quiet, but also close to food stalls. The clerk is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are also clean. Only minor notes for televisions that are not working well. Overall, very recommended.

Vvalen10I came here because I wanted to try to sneak in the area of the bogor instead of the city boge. The choice fell on this tower whistle apartment. pass through Traveloka or you can go straight there, in the streets around the apartment, many people rent rooms.
The booking is 1 bedroom. It's a bit sad, because there is no TV in the dining room and family. The kitchen is very minimal, and there is no stove. so can't cook hot water. we forgot to ask for a wifi pass, Or really there is no I don't know. TV in the room can turn on, but there's no local channel to watch.
but eat there is no plus. The room air conditioner is ok, the bed sheet is clean. The bathroom is large, and the water coming out is squeezed, it can be hot and cold. there is a refrigerator and a lot of empty closets.
Besides, there's a lot of alphamart and eating places and very close to AEON mall e-mail.
Recommendations for those who want to rent an apartment here, ask first the apartment amenities such as towels, amenity kits, wifi, tv, blankets and water heaters.
