Hotels near Pademangan, North Jakarta

I still have some feedback to say for the hotel's improvement, but I want to give the full 5 stars anyway to tell them that they have the potential. First of all, the location and the interior of the room were great! I booked the De Luxe but we were upgraded to a much bigger one. The room is really a 4-star hotel! On the other hand, I can see that after a year of operation, facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. They have continuous renovations but I don't think everybody is doing their best to clean or maintain the cleanliness (especially the toilet) and to assist the guests. When you request something, it will take a long time before they deliver even if they already have the robot (which is actually amazing). The bathroom is fantastic but I see that they can still improve on cleaning to remove the stains in corners and toilet bowl. These are important simple things I believe to maintain the aesthetic of your hotel. They have a space for Work or meetings and the laundry room and gym are just so amazing. Don't get me wrong, despite my negative comments, I have to say that Elong hotel is a great hotel in PIK (worth the price). I will definitely book again, why not? More power to you, Elong hotel!

The hotel has complete facilities and is suitable for a family staycation with small children, offering many amenities that provide comfort for kids. The food is quite good with a wide variety. One thing that needs improvement is room readiness at check-in. It took over an hour to check in because the room wasn't ready, even though the hotel's policy states check-in is at 3:00 PM, the room still wasn't prepared. We could only enter at 3:XX PM. This was the longest check-in process we've ever experienced, with no explanation given to us while we waited in line.

The rooms are really nice, quite new, and the facilities are excellent. It's connected to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, which is great for Chinese travelers. The breakfast spread is generous, and the swimming pool, though small, is decent. It's a bit on the pricey side, so it's probably best suited for business trips.

I asked for a high floor but was given a 5th floor. When I came in the room smell of smoke. I could not sleep the 1st night. I asked for my room to be treated for non smoking and it was better so I decided not to change rooms. It was too hectic to move my things around, plus the lift took a really long time if I stayed higher up. The breakfast was so so. There was no porridge which I was looking for. The service was ok, can’t charge food to the room like they’re so afraid I will run and not pay. Location is definitely good if you plan to hang out in north jakarta only. Overall, my stay was average. Rooms need to be updated, quite old and dark and no mirror except in bathroom. Can’t even do make up coz it’s sooo dark.

This is a high-quality serviced apartment, conveniently located in the PIK area with easy access to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. The outdoor pool offers outstanding views, and the public amenities are comprehensive. With abundant surrounding conveniences, it's ideal for business travelers on medium to long-term stays. The internet is fast, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. However, a word of caution regarding financial security: credit cards and bank cards are easily lost at this hotel, so make sure to keep them locked up.

The location of this hotel is very good and convenient to access. You don’t have to worry about food because there are many restaurants around the area. The hotel is quite good, but don’t expect it to be as new as a newly built hotel since it has been operating for a long time. Other than that, everything is great. The staff are very polite and helpful.

My third stay at Hariston Hotel & Suites Pluit offered the same familiar comfort and great location that I have come to appreciate, though this particular visit was slightly marred by a noticeable mosquito issue. While the overall hospitality remained consistent and the check-in process was as efficient as always, Iencountered a large number of mosquitoes inside the property during this trip, which became quite bothersome during my downtime. Despite this major inconvenience, the fundamental qualities of the hotel still held up well, as the room itself was clean and spacious, the bed was highly comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a great escape from the Jakarta heat. The breakfast buffet continued to offer a satisfying and diverse spread of local and Western choices, and the secure basement parking remained immensely practical for my daily travels. While I still value this property for its excellent pricing and accessibility to the airport toll road, the pest issue is something that definitely needs more proactive maintenance from the management to ensure a fully comfortable environment for guests. This apartment hotel truly impressed me. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent facilities. The kitchen and washing machine were particularly useful, making it perfect for longer stays. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location offers convenient transportation and great amenities nearby. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for both short and long-term travelers.
