dyhx1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places.
The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom.
Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service.
The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time.
Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel.
Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

Guest UserThe hotel is cozy, peaceful, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It is conveniently located near a mosque, restaurants, and a laundry service, making it very practical for travelers. Staying here felt like visiting a relative's home. The environment is clean, comfortable, and has a pleasant Islamic ambiance.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also a swimming pool and a playground, which are great for families. Every morning, the staff even clean the cars, which is a thoughtful extra service.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable room rates.
The only minor inconvenience was that complimentary bottled drinking water was not automatically replenished every day, so I had to ask the receptionist for it. In addition, there is no water heater in the room, but a hot and cold water dispenser is available in the hallway.

Great hotel, good view from the room at the city. But even better (actually amazing) 360° view from the rooftop, including of course towards Merapi.
The room is good, there is a nice pool on the rooftop, as well as a good bar. No pool towels, though.
The gym is very small and has a funny triangular shape, was a bit overcrowded with only 6 people at the same time.
Only downside was the breakfast, fresh omelette was good, but some of the sweet bakery goods among the most tasteless things I've ever had.
That said, still a great hotel with a nice art focused lobby and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Anonymous Userlocation is super nice, as Jogja is small and also it’s nearby anywhere- apparently bumped (saw) into 2 actors: Yos Sudarso and Reza Rahadian during my stay. the food was just decent , nothing much you can pick but the Indomee stall was nice, should try the “nyemek” version. Amenities need to give more la

Guest UserI booked 3 rooms for 3 nights(paid), when i reach the hotel, was told the staff input for only 2 rooms, the first solution was told they can refund me as the hotel was fully booked. What????? we total a group of 10 ( 7 adults and 3 kids) after 11 hours on the journey, Just refund??? and even told can refund all if we want How can we find 3 rooms in another hotel on the Saturday evening. Finally they offer us to squeeze in 2 rooms of 10 for a night with free extra beds and free mini bars, and let us have the third room the next day. That's fair enough.
Breakfast was very bad, not worth the price, outside the hotel (less than five minutes walk), there are better food stalls and delicious and cheaper.
Staffs were very polite, helpful, and friendly.

Anonymous UserMy stay at Loman Park Hotel was adequate, but the property appears to be showing its age and would benefit from significant maintenance and refurbishment.
While the staff were generally pleasant and the location was convenient, many of the facilities and amenities felt run down and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that routine upkeep has not been a priority for some time.
In particular, the room furnishings showed noticeable wear and tear. The towels provided were frayed and worn out, and several cushions in the room and common areas appeared aged, flattened, and overdue for replacement. These details detracted from the comfort and quality one would expect from a hotel of this standard.
A more concerning issue was the hygiene of the bottled drinking water containers provided in the room. Upon inspection, black mould-like growth was visible on the silicone stoppers of the glass bottles. This raised serious concerns about cleaning procedures and attention to sanitation standards. Given that these containers are intended for drinking water, this was particularly disappointing and undermined confidence in the hotel's overall hygiene practices.
Overall, Loman Park Hotel offers a functional stay, but the deteriorating condition of the facilities, lack of maintenance, and hygiene concerns mean that there is considerable room for improvement. With greater attention to refurbishment, cleanliness, and replacement of worn amenities, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Here’s
The property is quite old and is no longer under Sheraton management, which is noticeable throughout the hotel. The toilets and ceilings feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the same applies to the air conditioning system, which doesn’t perform up to expectations.
That said, the staff are very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which is definitely a positive aspect of the stay.

Excellent location and amenities. Strategically located on Jalan Kaliurang, Uttara is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and offers easy access to anywhere in Yogyakarta. This was my fourth stay, and I keep coming back for the prime location and the lovely pool with a stunning view of Mount Merapi. The gym is small but decent. My only gripe is the building’s mixed management—hotel units, apartments, and Airbnbs operate separately, making it hard to know exactly who you’re booking from.
Another thing: the security here is the worst, they followed you and make it uncomfortable, they ask questions when you go to the gym, ask again when you sit by the pool, chill bro you’re not a five star hotel.
