Disappointing Stay Overall 1. I arrived at 11:30 AM and asked if an early check-in was possible so I could freshen up before heading to the office. They gave me a lower-grade room without informing me. Thankfully, I noticed and declined it. 2. When I returned at 2 PM for the standard check-in, they tried to assign me the same lower-grade room again. 3. The so-called ”garden view” turned out to be a construction site — very misleading and disappointing. 4. Breakfast was average, but the service left much to be desired. Coffee wasn't available until after 7AM, and despite requesting sunny side-up eggs on two separate mornings, they were never prepared. 5. Dinner service was chaotic. There were limited options, it was extremely crowded, and there was no staff managing seating or checking room entitlements. It felt like anyone could walk in, grab food, and sit anywhere. I couldn’t even find a table to sit!

Thank you very much for the warm and hospitable staff of ibis sipcot, I had a great week in Chennai. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the hotel are amazing! There is a big shopping mall near the hotel and there is a big supermarket in it. Walk for 10-15 minutes. The road in India is a bit difficult to walk. Actually there is a juice bar next to it, and you can buy evaluated drinks and water

For our business purposes we found the hotel to be perfect. The restaurants and facilities were very good. The main point would be the management and staff under them. Their attentive and professional service given to clients was excellent. Would recommend as a good business hotel in the area it is located.

I wanted to give a bad review, but compared to the hotel I stayed the next day, this one is much better, so be lenient. The hotel decoration is very old, the rooms are average, the sheets are not clean, there are scum, hair and stroke marks. This may be a common problem in Indian hotels. As long as the sheets are not dirty, they are obviously not changed. The breakfast buffet is decent, with seven or eight food options. The price of more than 300 yuan, can live in a good hotel in the country.

Needed a hotel near the airport. Choose this and didn't regret it. Convenient location 10 minutes from the airport. Clean cozy room. Excellent sound isolation. Although the airport and nearby, the room is very quiet. Convenient large bed. Tea, tea, coffee in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel. Air conditioning in the room, fan. Staff responsive and friendly. Breakfast national sugar. Recommended. Thank you for the airport transfer.

It was a good room, clean, walls were bit dirty but that's okay. Not very spacious but not small either. Had basic amenities like towel, tooth kit, soap, shampoo. Best thing was it's location. Right on main road. There are few quite good restaurants within 1 km radius.

I arrived at chennnai at night so I used this hotel. It is about 5 minutes by auto rickshaw from the airport. It's about 200 rupees on Uber, but be careful because it's said to be 1000 rupees on a bargaining auto rickshaw. The hotel is old, but it's enough to sleep. The air conditioner works, and the shower also has hot water. Also, breakfast will be given a coupon at the front desk. I have to tell you. It was Meals.

The first room allotted did not have clean sheets. Then on demand another better room was allotted. The room facilities are average. The rods in the cupboard are too high. The towel and cloth rod in the washroom is exactly above the closet. The towel or clothes may fall into the closet. There is no restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is from outside with very limited option. The food was tasty.

Good location near Chennai airport (10-15 minutes). Quite place with free airport transportation. Very friendly staff, doing their best to assist you and keep the hotel clean and tidy. The hotel stands very well for a 3 star hotel. I would visit again.

When we arrived, we were given a room that was around 70 sq. Ft smaller than what we had booked, reason given was no availability of rooms, but that defeats the whole purpose of advanced booking. Had to spend one out of three nights in that room, and no refund was provided. Dissatisfied.
