Although the hotel's breakfast is not very suitable for my appetite (many Indian meals), other breads are still delicious. The service staff at the hotel counter are super kind, especially the night shift service staff after 10 pm. The attitude is very good. I am not very good in English. I am also very patient to solve the problem with the translator. I arrived in the early morning and helped arrange it. The hot water is very hot and I like it very much. Overall, I live very comfortable.

Overall a comfortable stay but too ***y mosquitoes. Food quality was okay but the prices of food and drinks too high. Spring mattress which was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hotel mumbai house mindspace is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous, helping and the food quality is excellent. Highly recommended.

Staying at this hotel for the exhibition was a truly frustrating experience. The shower head was broken, the drain was clogged, and there was a strange odor in the room. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, their attitude was beyond ridiculous. This place claims to be a 5-star hotel, but the decor, facilities, and cleanliness are worse than a 3-star in China. Then I remembered this is India, and suddenly, anything felt possible.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
