No. 5 of Premium Hotels in Mumbai"Wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, with everything you need. They let me check in early and extended my stay until 2 PM for free. You can also store your luggage. The staff are very attentive and caring. Any issues or requests can be sent via WhatsApp, and they respond quickly. You can use the pools at both this hotel and the Oberoi hotel. The spa offers excellent massages. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is located on the promenade, and you can walk to the Gateway of India, which is about 2 km away, or take a taxi for 120-150 rupees.
Highly recommend!"

No. 16 of Cultural Hotels in India"Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.
I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai."

No. 12 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Mumbai"The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of its convenience to Nariman Point and Colaba. The rooms are spacious and the bed linen is clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
My only complaint was the breakfast. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what they offer. The service at the breakfast buffet was a little indifferent. The choice and taste of the breakfast is average.
Must drop into Geoffrey’s bar located on the ground floor. Quiet bar with nice decor.
Overall, a pleasant experience from all aspects"

No. 2 of Premium Hotels in Mumbai"The service at the Oberoi Mumbai was fantastic. Danny, a member of the concierge team, arranged an amazing day at Elephanta Island for me and some friends of mine from India, and he did so in a matter of minutes with no notice. Sachin, also part of the concierge team, was also exceptionally helpful, as was Shreya at the reception desk. Johnson, the doorman/bellman, Saksham, a cook, and Endrea, a trainee, were also very helpful and very friendly. The food at Fenix was excellent."

"It is right outside the metro station of Mumbai's latest Aqua line - which saved my life on the day I depart as taxis won't ferry me to the airport at that speed. The provision of bottled water in the room also helps a lot. The room is clean, though the size is a bit small. The aircon feels cool enough which is also great given Mumbai's temperature."

"Great staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry.
Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am."

No. 18 of Luxury Hotels in India"I stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel on my last night in India. It was a very good and clean hotel. Truly lives up to its reputation as Mumbai's number one luxury hotel. I'm especially grateful that the staff patiently explained things to me even though I don't speak English. The only minor downsides were the footsteps in the hallway and the car horns at night, which were a bit bothersome."

Excellent staff and service from front desk through to housekeeping. Shout out to Ashutosh in dining for educating me on lots of delicious Mumbai food. And desserts to die for!
Wonderful rooftop pool. And the views from the rooftop bar are unrivaled.
Highly recommended for a 2-3 day stay."

AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

HHareth84Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

Great
DdyhxChose this hotel as I was attending an event in Bombay Exhibition Centre, 10 mins ride away from the hotel in smooth traffic. The airport is also 15-40mins away depending on traffic.
The room is spacious from bathroom area to the main bedroom, it could even fit 3 beds comfortably. The bed is too soft for my liking but pillow is good. The bathroom comes with a tub, standing shower and separate toilet. Water pressure in the shower is good and heats up fast. The open concept wardrobe is just next to the shower but having the luggage rack built just under the safe is a safety hazard, almost hit the corner couple of times when taking things out of the luggage. I don't know if it's because the door is heavy or my neighbors are strong, the doors appear to slam each time it closes.
I love the scent of Westin's White Tea series which is provided here too, ***** with all basic amenities. They are also very generous with the complimentary bottled water, 6 in all. I appreciate that they noted and acceded to my request for a room near the lift.
Service was excellent, the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and full of smiles from the bellboy to security team to front desk to housekeeping and those at the breakfast service.
Breakfast at Seasonal Tastes on Level 18, had a view as amazing as the spread, of both international staples to local flavours. Live egg and Paratha/Dosa stations, wide selection of nuts, fruits and juices too.
A true 5* stay and will be my choice hotel every time I return to Mumbai.

GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

인인도출장자The 6th-floor room was excellent! The meals were delicious, and I was able to enjoy the snack time before dinner. Also, for about an hour during the evening, there's a great service with drinks and simple snacks. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserMost stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

GGuest UserClean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it.

SShaitaiyangdefeiyuThe location is very good, go out is the Xingyi and Taj Palace Hotel, walk to Mumbai Gateway is 10 minutes, is a good choice for a three-day tour of Mumbai. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is OK, the service attitude is very good, although the facilities are not very new, but also complete. The only downside is that the room by the window will be a bit noisy, and Mumbai can't help but whistle. . .

hotel room was well maintained, clean, it was safe for family stay. All together it was worth to stay
