"The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes getting around quite convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bed was really comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety, which was a definite plus."

"Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel."

"It's not a 5 star hotel just a four star maintaining its old legacy. It's too old , AC doesn't work cooling very low,most of the time room is hot, no fridge in room, food served in the room cold and uncooked. Room size is too small as compared to five star hotel. Services in dining too is very poor, we ordered for tea, coffee and cold coffee for guests it took 45 minutes to serve that too cold tea and coffee it created very bad impression. I asked them to bill it to my room they refused told it's against our policy and you have to pay it here itself, that means you don't have trust in your guest ( never seen like this in any 5 star hotels). As far as cleaning they don't come and clean on regular basis or change towels you have to call them two or three times then only staff comes. Basically it has a good ambience but it is not a 5 star hotel. I visited this place nearly after 15 years, they have degraded rather than improvement. To keep up the reputation management and staff will have to work very hard."

"Amazing hotel. Great pool and spacious rooms. The executive room has enough space and amazing view. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a kings spread - lot of variety and all taste great. Check-in is a bit slow but understandable as it is India’s largest hotel. Special mention to Anshu at reception who is so welcoming and was best friends with our daughter. Overal you cannot go wrong!"

"Stayed at Hilton Mumbai International Airport recently and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a beautiful heritage-style ambiance and is conveniently located near the airport, which made travel very easy. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread had a good variety and quality. The pool and overall facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers."

"New hotel, very close to the airport. Took a small auto-rickshaw for 100 rupees and arrived in just five minutes. The room is quite small but has everything you need and is relatively clean. The staff are also polite. The only thing is, during breakfast, a young waitress will come and ask you for a like/good review."
