"Excellent hotel in Nungambakkam, complimentary buffet breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, Nungambakkam is a great neighborhood, with a vast array of restaurants of many different budgets, train station at Nungambakkam is about 15 minute walk, bus stop at corner is about 5 minute walk, easy to find taxi or auto rickshaw service, metro is not so close by foot, but an auto rickshaw to the Kilpauk metro station is only 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for money."

"The location of the hotel was good. But the cleanliness have problem. Pillows was with dirty mark as well as quilt. Less of toilet amenities. Breakfast and the restaurant was good enough."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambika Empire. The hospitality of the staff was truly exceptional, especially the General Manager, Mr. Kalainathan, and the Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Rajesh, who were extremely courteous and attentive. Every staff member from the bell boys to the reception team was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and taste. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall trip was good. if you are the type wanting a little privacy and not to be disturbed every now and then, yes this is the place for you. The hotel location is near to T.Nagar, Vijaya Forum Mall which makes commuting less troublesome. The only downside of the location that is facing a main road with U turn for both direction. Expect some heavy road traffic. Both Early check in and late check outs are chargeable. Rooms are decent. Housekeeping is 2 days once. You have to ask for what you want i.e water, amenities top up . Food at Qmin is fair. Buffet is pretty standard throughout the stay. Manager is attentive to guests."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Continent, T Nagar. The location is perfect, very close to key spots, which made traveling around the city so convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the experience warm and welcoming. That said, cleanliness could be improved as we did encounter quite a lot of mosquitoes during our stay. However, overall the experience was pleasant, and we still enjoyed our time here. Would recommend for its great location and hospitality, with room for improvement in cleanliness."

"We congratulate Leela for having such brilliant staff! That's what makes the hotel stands out from other high end competitors. Even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy at the time, we were warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped down from the car. The gentleman who checked us in, Mr. Shantanu, Ms. Supra at Concierge, Nayansi, the manager at the India Restaurant... and many more whose name we were unable to remember, made us feel like some sort of noble or important persons, and all that was done from the bottom of their heart with genuine warmness...we use to stay at Peninsular, Four Seasons, Aman and the like when we went on holidays. They are not available in Chennai but we must say Leela offers even better services than our usual choices. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and classy. The pool is resort-feel even though it is in the city. The free spa facilities are very generous with many indoor jacuzzi, suana and herbal steam. We are very impressed. Thank you for ending our Easter holidays in South India perfectly!!"

"Bathroom- bath area needs to be separate and with partition. Water splashes all over. Wall paper is peeling off, needs to be fixed. Quality of towels provided is extremely poor. Please buy new ones. Hot water not available for bath. Please start breakfast at 7 am in place of 8 am presently. Next stay i will share"

"Radisson Blue Chennai was awesome. All the staff have excellent service and the hotel is very clean with very good facilities. The spa was very good too. Special thanks to Danesh at the front desk for his excellent service and him being very helpful and friendly. Also to Essie and Giresh from the spa for their great skills. My husband and I enjoyed their massages very much. All the staff are very good, from the doorman to the bell boy to waiters and waitresses and the cleaners and front desk staff."
