GGuest UserExcellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. He shared a lot of information on tourist attractions and places to see. The hotel serves excellent breakfast for each guest in an amazing dining room (see pictures).

AAnonymous UserI stayed for only one night with only stay. The location is exceptional. In the centre of the castle. A few problems for parking, resolved shortly. The room assigned to me was for people with disabilities. The receptionist was very kind and immediately made me a new room which was very comfortable and clean.

GGuest UserRight in front of Ferrara Castle with a spacious room and toilet big enough for couples and travellers with kids. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and all the tourists services the city can offer. Although the hotel is part of a traffic restricted area, the city allows travellers to unload and reload luggages on their car with an exemption as long as you fill the related form at the hotel.

TTatiana KulkovaHotel is good enough. I got a very large two-room room, although I was alone (there were no other free rooms). Of the plus: there is an electric teapot in the room, a large sauna, a spacious shower with everything you need. Good breakfast is included. Of the downsides: The staff were respectful enough, but still there was an unpleasant precipitation of some arrogance and neglect after communicating with them (it is just my individual impression, please excuse, surely, The staff did not want anything bad).
