"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

The room itself is beautiful and exquisitely designed. The service is excellent; all staff are friendly, and the front desk gentlemen speak excellent English. "Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need."

"The family room was excellent, with plenty of space. The two beds were cleverly converted from a sofa, which was very practical. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families with two children."

After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. "This hotel is super convenient, right at the subway exit. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and breakfast spots nearby, and all the main attractions are just a few stops away. The room was clean and tidy. The only thing to note is the city tax, which is 10 euros per day, so factor that into your budget."

At first, I was a bit unsure after seeing a review mentioning bed bugs — but honestly, I think that may have just been a one-off or a disgruntled guest. Everyone gets them! Personally, I had no issues at all. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I didn’t make it to breakfast during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse one morning on my way out — and it looked absolutely delicious. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only minor letdown was that the safe wasn’t working — we were told it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay. Other than that, everything else was spot on. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff — they did a fantastic job."

"I could write a thousand words complaining about this hotel. Honestly, besides the great location right across from the train station, it has absolutely no redeeming qualities, haha. But seriously, the service and hygiene were terrible. We booked a twin room, and when we arrived, they just told us they were out and we'd have to take a double. Then, the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and it would constantly flood – even changing rooms didn't help. The room was tiny, and the bathroom had a persistent sewage smell. There was zero service to speak of. Avoid this place at all costs! Milan itself is really dirty and chaotic; I honestly wouldn't recommend coming unless you absolutely have to depart from here. The night view during the Winter Olympics was the only thing remotely worth seeing."

"The hotel is located between the Central Station and Milan Cathedral. If you're comfortable walking within a 2km radius, then its location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to either the train station or the Duomo. The room was quite small and the price wasn't low, but the front desk allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated."
