"The room is spacious, and the location is excellent. There's a bustling commercial street right downstairs. However, if you're sensitive to noise, avoid booking a balcony room. The air conditioning is very strong, so you don't have to worry about Rome's intense heat. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the bread and cakes are delicious, and the barista even made beautiful latte art on my cappuccino. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit."

"Spent three days in Rome, and this hotel offered the best value for money. The front desk service was excellent. Although the rooms looked a bit dated, all the amenities were newly upgraded. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill you up. If you're looking for something affordable and good, Genio is the place to go."

"The size of the room and the facilities and sanitation are good, because it is an old house, the sound insulation is not very good, and the sound of walking upstairs in the bath is very clear. The location is very good, the disadvantage is that because it is located in the downtown area, the environment is noisy, and the heavy metal music played by the store downstairs for soliciting business can be heard clearly. Breakfast is relatively poor, cake bread and so on are repeated for the guests to eat after one night or even two nights, because we stayed for 7 days, so we feel really good, we can remember yesterday's food variety, today eat what was not yesterday."

"The location is super convenient, right in the city center. It's bustling yet quiet, and just a short walk from Piazza Navona. You can also reach Campo de' Fiori and the Pantheon within 5-10 minutes on foot, as most major attractions are within walking distance. Downstairs and in the surrounding streets, there's a fantastic selection of restaurants, trattorias, and cafes, making dining incredibly easy."

"The hotel had a perfect location. Not right in the middel of the center, but close enough that most places are just a short walk away. The woman at the reception was incredibly helpful in guiding me to places I wanted to visit. The hotel breakfast might not have had the widest selection of bread, spreads, and hot dishes, but the ingredients that were available were of excellent quality. In that sense, it was one of the better breakfasts I’ve had. You can press your own juice, and the coffee served comes from the hotel’s café. Definitely worth spending money on breakfast at the hotel. I would gladly come back. (PS: The hotel is located on a narrow street, so you may need to walk to the main road to get a taxi. Not a big issue, but choose a suitcase that can handle being rolled over cobblestones — which, to be fair, applies to most of Rome.)"

"Плюсы: идеальное расположение, весь центр можно пройти пешком. Отель находится в инстаграмом переулке, в старом фонде, очень атмосферно! Это помогло закрыть глаза на все минусы. Ещё - хороший сервис, отвечают быстро на сообщения в WhatsApp, приветливая девушка администратор Минусы: старый ремонт, это отталкивает! Выделите немного денег и сделайте стены снова белыми, они все поцарапанные, это сразу бросается в глаза и отталкивает. В душе плохо уходит вода, неприятно мыться даже в кроксах, стоишь в воде по щиколотку, а если бы у меня не было с собой тапочек?🤢 для одеяла хотелось бы видеть пододеяльник, а не сложенные простыни. Все минусы вроде бы мелочи, но создают отталкивающее общее впечатление. Очень жаль, ведь сервис и расположение отеля действительно хорошие, но возвращаться и рекомендовать я бы не стала."

"The first impression was - terrible, a very small room, the bed/pillows are not the most comfortable, there is too little space, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, there is nowhere to put the breakfast tray, the breakfast itself is purely Italian (lots of bread, croissants, jams, yoghurts and coffee), but I want scrambled eggs and sausage. The shower in the bathroom is just for gnomes, I don’t know how my husband washed himself there, but I, a little girl, could barely fit in there. Also in the morning there is constant noise, because... The reception is located right next to the room, you can hear everything. But!!! There are such amazing people who work there, very kind and nice! and also a super location next to Piazza Navona. Therefore, I simply cannot write a bad review, because when booking I knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but a weak three-room hotel. In general, I want to say thank you to the girl at the reception (in my opinion, she is the main one there), she is simply fantastic!"
