Opting for a room with a balcony was definitely the right choice! All my requests made during booking were met, and I was given a room with a fantastic view. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower – very comfortable.
The location is super convenient, with a metro entrance right outside the hotel. This particular station is also less crowded and very clean. It's incredibly easy to get to the Duomo area and surroundings; in fact, it was so convenient that I ended up taking the metro back to the hotel after shopping.
For dining, there's an Ole supermarket nearby, though it's a bit of a walk. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option. Along the way, you'll find plenty of restaurants that are authentic and reasonably priced.

The room was okay, but the air conditioning would suddenly make a loud noise and wake me up, which wasn't great for my jet lag. The city tax has gone up again, it's almost 10 euros a night now. Everything else was good, and you definitely have to try the breakfast, it's pretty decent.

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The location is very convenient and the breakfast, staff services and respond is great. The room is clean and modern. Only downside is there is no complimentary water or water refilling within the hotel but there is a local supermarket next to it and will be a bit doggy during the night as there is a group of teenagers sitting next to the hotel during the night.

Quite a walking distance - 17min from Milano Centrale especially the pavement isn't that level.
Initially, we were surprised to see only plastic cups, no kettle in the room. Checked with reception and they actually can provide kettle and tea/coffee sachets.
They were generous to provide complimentary teas of various choices and coffee.
Overall, the stay is fine for 3pax.

Hotel Room and bathroom was lovely and spacious, we had a complementary upgrade - rooms are clean and
minimalistic, but dusty. Beds are king size and comfortable.
Double rooms needed another mirror and a kettle.
Room came with a safe and mini fridge.
We had an issue with a light and air conditioner not turning off- reception said could not help until the next day which was a little disappointing. (Lady in reception was super lovely)

The hotel was nice and clean, the waiter from restaurant was friendly and provided a good service.
Good that they done the room every day and quit calm atmosphere.
That would’ve be nice if they provided drinking water bottles every day too. We requested water bottles and they said that they only provide two bottles of water free of charge and after that guests has to pay for the water bottles. That was very new to me because I been to so many hotels around different countries and I didn’t have to pay for them.
I thought checking out in Holidays in would be simple too but the receptionist’s service was unacceptable because he took time to sign us off and our cab was waiting.
Recommendations for improvement:
Guests/customers should receive water supplies I they’re hotel’s every day.
Trained and fast reception staff
Thank you for your service and having us

We stayed here 3+1 nights the previous week, great location, they were kind to let us check in early (3nights session). Few minutes walking to Centrale and super market (close at 0900 PM), very easy to commute.
Be recommended that the maid could come and clean your room anytime on the check out date, in case you are away.
We wend out for coffee and local market in the morning, back to hotel before checkout time (0930 am approx), door was open while the maid was cleaning the room (she didn’t speak English nor we don’t speak Italian too)
Informed the front during our check out, but seems it’s nothing for them (we don’t take it serious since our bags were all packed and locked before hand)
Please do whatever necessary if you want to go out in the morning before checkout out

The accommodation is well-situated, close to the central station and with tram lines nearby. It's quite peaceful, being located in a quiet neighborhood. However, cleanliness could improve; our room wasn't made up any day of our stay.

Amazing
PPaul-YULNice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials.
The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow.
The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power.
The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen.
You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta.
Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner.
The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a fantastic experience! The location is super convenient with great transport links. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, offering excellent value for money. I'd definitely love to stay here again!
HHeartleighI stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby.
The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated.
My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities.
Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
AAmber_RootI wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest.
Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it.
Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night.
Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy...
When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen.
Note that the mini-bar is not free.
VVi111Excellent location, right across from the Central Station, with a subway entrance just outside. The room seemed to have been renovated, but the cleanliness was just so-so. There were stains on the sheets that probably couldn't be washed out, which wasn't a great look. Everything else was fine, nothing special.
JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.
PPutra TurnipOf all hostels I have stayed, Ostelzzz in Milan is for sure the best one. With that amount of money, it already includes the breakfast, the check in procedures is so easy, friendly staffs, and most important thing is the storage fee is so cheap, only 2 euros for a day
I will come back and stay at this hostel if I come to Milan
GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
