This hotel is right next to Narita Airport and offers a free shuttle service, taking only 10 minutes to Terminal 2. I had an early flight, so I left the hotel at 6:30 AM, going via T3 before arriving at T2. Getting off was very quick. Security opened at 7 AM, and I cleared customs smoothly by around 7:10 AM, making my 8:20 AM flight feel very relaxed. There's a convenience store downstairs, and a large supermarket just a few hundred meters away with reasonable prices. Overall, it's comfortable and convenient, especially perfect for guests catching early morning flights.

We had a short one night stay at Richmond Narita but it impressed us greatly. The room is spacious for a typical japan style business hotel. There's also a very big TV in the room. Water dispenser is available at the lift area on each floor. We enjoyed the free coffee machine at the hotel lobby which served delicious macha latte. The staff were also very kind to bring our luggages up to our room when we were out. Amenities are self service at the lobby.
The hotel is also strategically located just a 5min walk from Keisei Narita Station.
Will definitely stay here again and this hotel chain when I visit Japan the next time.

This is an established star-rated hotel. Although a bit old, it's still maintained at a very high standard. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety. The shuttle bus to the airport and JR station is very convenient. It's an excellent choice if you're flying out the next day. For airport T2 shuttle, you can find it at pillar 26.

Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.

It is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time .
I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English 👏 The hotel does not provide drinking water.

The hotel is conveniently next to Keisei Barita station. Just remember to take the escalators going down to the street level where the hotel is; Google Maps directly me to a much longer route which was a waste of time.
The hotel room is smallish in size; not sure if it is normal for this area. Cleanliness is very good despite the hotel on the aged side (based on the room setup/ deco).
Breakfast was small spread but definitely good enough. Special mention about this blended drink of Pumpkin and Soy Milk, nice!
Rates wise it is more competitive compared to the other immediate hotels so I won’t mind staying there again.

This is a great hotel! While you can tell it's a bit older, the building and facilities are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The interior has a charming, traditional Japanese style. It's a small place but has everything you need. The front desk staff, both younger and older, were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were very thoughtful about storing and moving my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay in at night. The location is also excellent; it's a five-minute walk to JR Narita Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Narita Omotesando and Shinsho-ji Temple are just a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Narita on your way to Tokyo.

It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.

CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!
MMikubiA hidden gem in the city that's a healing haven – I could stay at this hotel countless times! I stumbled upon this treasure during a business trip, and it's immediately made it onto my 'Priority Business Trip Hotels' list. I just have to rave about it! As soon as I got out of the car, a server proactively helped with my luggage. The moment I walked through the lobby doors, I was impressed – the aroma was a subtle citrus, not overwhelming or pungent, and the background music was a gentle jazz. Even the few minutes I waited to check in felt relaxing; none of that crowded, chaotic feeling you get at other hotels. My room was an even bigger surprise! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city's central park. In the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honey color, and at night, the warm, soft lighting was never harsh. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I fell asleep instantly last night, and a good chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a light, woody scent. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after a wash. The breakfast selection also exceeded expectations – freshly cooked wontons with generous fillings, aromatic freshly ground coffee, and even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day. The detail that touched me the most was when the front desk, knowing it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info), sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card that evening. The handwriting was a bit crooked, but it was incredibly heartwarming. This kind of understated thoughtfulness is a hundred times more pleasant than any flashy marketing. The value for money is truly excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and a weekend city 'micro-vacation.' I've already recommended it to colleagues who frequently travel for business. Next time I'm in this city, I'm definitely staying here again! #HotelReview #BusinessTravelAccommodation #CityMicroVacation
YYansuijiangqiThe Narita Toyoko Inn offers a convenient airport shuttle service. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel was relatively older and less clean compared with the other hotel we stayed at during the trip. The location is very convenient for airport transit, with Terminal 3 only about a 12-minute walk away and Terminal 2 around 20 minutes away at Narita Airport. One of the best things about the hotel was the free shuttle bus service, which made it easy to travel between the airport, the hotel, Narita city centre, and Aeon Mall for shopping. However, the room service and in-room amenities were fairly limited compared with the other hotel, as basic items like toothbrushes had to be collected from reception and bottled water was not provided. There were no free facilities to use, but having a 24/7 FamilyMart and a pharmacy in the hotel was still convenient.
MMissxiaosa00The room was pretty clean, and the bed was big enough, just as expected. The 7-Eleven downstairs was absolutely amazing, a real highlight! It even snowed when we were there, which was incredibly beautiful. This was my first time getting a wooden room key, and it was a nice touch, a good experience overall.
未未来与远方Trip.com is really starting to penalize loyal customers. I booked a room with breakfast for 447, and right after I confirmed the order, it dropped to 212, also with breakfast. The instant price drop after booking was already quite annoying. After checking in, the 'breakfast included' turned out to be a Starbucks card worth 1000 JPY. I asked the front desk where I could use it, and they said 'on the first floor.' When I went down to the Starbucks on the first floor, it was just a small counter, only serving coffee and drinks, no sandwiches or other main breakfast items. Who can drink 1000 JPY worth of coffee first thing in the morning? I asked the Starbucks staff if there were other places to use the card, and they said 'any Starbucks in the airport.' So, after clearing customs, I searched for another Starbucks but couldn't find one anywhere. I ended up bringing the 1000 JPY voucher home in my pocket. And then I had to go find another place to eat breakfast. 😓
NNuchsarang U.Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.
GGuest UserNice place to stay for a night before your flight to Narita Airport. It offers free shuttle from and to the airport.
To airport- wait outside the lobby in front of the bus stop sign on the road.
From airport terminal 2 - look for bus stop number 27. Then it’ll stop to terminal 1 before going to the hotel around 10-15 mins drive with light traffic.
Easy check in and out, bring an id for confirmation of identity.
A daily convenience store in the lobby can use an electric microwave just tell the staff. Tho the products are limited cuz it’s a small store.
Good For those who want to just stay inside the hotel, it’s kinda far from other leisure activities like mall unless you go to Narita airport and transfer to trains.
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is pretty good, and I stay here often. However, the one downside is that they charge guests an additional 1,650 yen each time to use the swimming pool. Doesn't this tarnish the reputation of a big brand like Hilton? I'm already paying over 800 RMB for the room (without breakfast), and now they're tacking on extra charges for the pool. It feels like they're just obsessed with money, charging for every little thing. Is it really reasonable for a hotel to charge guests an additional fee to use their own pool during their stay? I hope hotel management takes this seriously.
