"Upon checking in, you should know that this is not a hotel, but rather an apartment. The room is like a small, freshly renovated apartment with a microwave, a washing machine (laundry detergent is provided in the room. There's also a built-in dryer in the bathroom, you can ask at reception how to use it). There's also a balcony. The staff are very friendly. There's a high penalty for noise violations, which we liked because after a long day, you want to rest in peace and quiet. This place is probably not suitable for families with children. However, cleaning will be entirely your responsibility. I didn't know this when booking. You even have to take out the trash yourself (on the first floor, to the right of the elevator). We had to ask for fresh towels once; they won't be changed without a request. Also, there's no luggage storage. We were tourists in Tokyo, and after 5 days, the room got quite dirty. Naturally, you don't want to clean while on vacation, so this aspect wasn't ideal for us. Otherwise, everything was great, and the location is convenient."

I would highly recommend it to any traveler. Unbeatable Location for Transportation: The location is the hotel’s greatest asset. It’s an easy, flat, and quick walk—about 5 minutes—to Kinshicho Station, which connects you to major JR and Metro lines. This made navigating to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and all the major tourist spots completely effortless. The surrounding neighborhood is safe, lively, and packed with great dining options and convenient stores (like 7-Eleven and Family Mart). Clean, Modern Rooms with Thoughtful Design: I stayed in a Twin Room and was pleasantly surprised by the size—it felt spacious and comfortable by Tokyo standards. The room was spotlessly clean and had a modern, refreshing aesthetic. A feature I loved was the typical Japanese design of having the toilet separate from the shower/bath area; it makes a huge difference! We also had a great view of the Tokyo Skytree from our window. Fantastic Complimentary Amenities: The hotel goes above and beyond with its free amenities. The lobby offers a 24-hour complimentary drink bar with coffee, tea, and soft drinks, which was a fantastic perk after a long day of walking. They also provide a wide range of free items you can pick up, including bath salts, face masks, and high-quality toiletries. This attention to detail significantly enhanced our stay. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The staff were wonderful—always polite, smiling, and professional. They were quick with both check-in and check-out, and the service for holding our luggage before check-in and after check-out was fast and efficient. Conclusion: For the price, the location, comfort, and the value-added amenities at Sakura Sky Hotel are outstanding. It offers an excellent, hassle-free, and comfortable experience in Tokyo. I will definitely be booking here again!"

"The room size is reasonable for an average hotel in Tokyo. In terms of convenience, it’s fairly good, with the train station just a 7-minute walk away. The location is also strategic, as it is close to bus stations and stops, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are only about 300 meters away. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was visible rubbish when we first entered, and we encountered the same issue again in the bathroom on another day. This level of cleanliness is not acceptable for any hotel in Tokyo, especially since it occurred on two separate occasions. The room itself is quite dusty. Empty space below the bed is dusty and have rubbish inside. The tissue box is full of dust. When we raised issue to the receptionist, she only replied the hotel will check & asked to get back to us but she never get back to us until we leave"

"It's perfectly fine for a business hotel, but even among business hotels that I've stayed at this one probably has the smallest bathroom space. Do consider your own comfort when staying here, definitely a difficult one for larger individuals. The hotel external is also refreshed but it's clearly dated once you step inside, from its lifts to the rooms it's kinda old. Nonetheless it's location near kameido station is great, plus there were many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby."

"I booked the hotel without knowing much about the area, it's full of gambling and bar or any type of entertainment stuffs, so definitely not good for family stays , but room was ok, clean but small, no ice machine which u can normally find any hotels in Tokyo, and breakfast frankly was not real breakfast , some toast and low quality coffee that's all .. one night is ok .."

"Excellent location near the train station, several malls, and a 7-Eleven just downstairs. I initially worried the location was too quiet compared to Ginza or Shibuya, but after a three-night stay, I really appreciated how accessible yet peaceful and less touristy it was. The TV is a smart TV, which we could use to watch YouTube and Netflix. They have their own amenities and use Refa brand shower heads! The room is spacious enough to fit an extra sofa and a small table, totally enough for the two of us."

"The hotel us lovely and in an excellent location-very close to Termina at the train station and Parco Mall in Konshicho.The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with anything you need.While the room is a bit small,it is very clean and more than enough for a solo traveler. I highly recommend this hotel!Overall, it was an excellent stay and having so many restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs made it more convenient.😍😍"

"This hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from Oshiage Station A1 exit. Even though there's no restaurant, you can grab free bread and drinks in the lobby anytime. The warmed-up bread is actually really good, better than a lot of bakeries in Shanghai! You can also head up to the rooftop garden to relax and get a view of the Tokyo Skytree. As for cleanliness, the room was quite clean, though the bathroom had a slight, unidentifiable odor – it strangely reminded me of an airplane cabin. 😓"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just 480 meters from the subway station, with the famous Skytree visible from nearby. The hotel lobby is grand and opulent, giving off a luxurious vibe. Even though the hotel has over 20 floors, the four elevators run simultaneously, so there's never a wait. While the rooms are not huge and show some signs of age, the layout is practical and very functional. The service is exceptional; the front desk staff are warm and attentive, and they processed my check-in quickly even before the official check-in time. When I requested an extra blanket, it was delivered within minutes. Housekeeping cleans daily, and the staff are always cheerful and courteous. There are several convenience stores near the hotel, and numerous restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk away. You can also find high-end and mid-range shopping malls in the vicinity. Best of all, the subway offers multiple lines, making transportation incredibly convenient."
