The villa is very comfortable, of course the price is not cheap. You get what you pay for! But it’s too far from the check in place. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Saga JR Station, which you can arrange by contacting them directly. The rooms are significantly larger than typical hotel rooms and offer beautiful views. The hot spring baths, both indoor and outdoor, are comfortably warm, allowing for long, relaxing soaks in a clean and pleasant environment. The only downside was that the dinner provided wasn't quite to my Chinese palate.

It’s an absolute bliss to stay in Suginoya, a luxurious ryokan in Saga. Our saga beef sukiyaki dinner was truly memorable as the quality of the meat was top notch- so soft yet flavorful, something we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed relaxing in the private and public bath, soaking in the zen vibes of the hotel and lounging in the spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and tried to converse in English as best as possible. 100% recommend as we felt fully pampered here like it was our honeymoon all over again!

The room is very good, maybe Saga City is quieter, there is no sound insulation problem, it takes five or six minutes to walk to the station.

Nicely designed hotel. But rooms are small and tight. Not easy to walk around. Location a little off the center of Saga City but lots of car parking available. Service was good and helpful. And you can even buy a fireworks and play!

I had a nice and quiet rest

I loved this place. I felt so relaxed and looked after with an amazing service. The room was fantastic. I loved the modern Japanese traditional style. I will come back one day🙏🦚

There is no elevator in the building, and although there are floors up to the 3rd floor, you must use the stairs. It was a little difficult because I had a lot of baggage. Perhaps because of the location, there were many students staying there. The service level is low compared to general business hotels. The inside of the room is reasonably spacious and there are no inconveniences. I just said it's fine if you take the time to stay overnight.

It is a quiet landscape that seems to be nestled in the forest, and the hotel on the hill is majestic, as if it boasts its age and experience.
