"The hotel's exterior design is very modern! However, the room amenities weren't properly arranged. Although each room was thoughtfully equipped with a dehumidifier, it suddenly stopped working around 3 or 4 AM. We later discovered that excess water hadn't been emptied from the dehumidifier, causing it to sound an alarm in the early morning and wake my 8-month-old baby. It was terrible!"

"I visited Saga twice and stayed at New Otani both times. It is a bit of a distance from Saga Station, but since it is close to city tourist attractions such as Saga 360, Saga Castle Ruins, and the Art Museum, it might feel a bit tight to catch the airport bus for your return flight, depending on personal preference. However, the river view in front of the hotel is overwhelmingly beautiful, and you can also see the sunrise. While the nearest convenience store is about 5 to 7 minutes away, there are water dispensers, an ice room, vending machines for convenience foods, and microwaves in the building hallway (offering rice balls, beef rice bowls, side dishes, etc.). The guest rooms are provided with bathtubs and bath salts. The shower pressure is adjustable. The afternoon tea set and seasonal snack sets at the 1st-floor café look good in terms of composition and price."

"This hotel is really great! It's very close to the JR station, and even leaving 10 minutes early on the timetable is enough. There are also plenty of food and drinks near the station, making it very convenient before your trip! The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, from makeup remover to lotion, all from POLA! The WiFi signal is also excellent! The room isn't small, and the details are very thoughtful. The chairs have wheels, making them convenient to use on the carpet, and there's a desk lamp and a makeup mirror on the table – very considerate. The hotel lobby has plenty of tables and chairs, so you can use the convenience store you buy food from. There's also an ice maker and a microwave. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Saga!"

"My first experience in Saga. I got a good deal on a flight ticket during the cherry blossom season. I landed in Fukuoka and then headed south to Saga. It was very convenient and there were not many people during the cherry blossom season. The hotel was just opposite Saga Station. I was still debating whether to change to a comfort inn, but found that it was fully booked for the days I wanted to stay. So I thought forget it. A business hotel for 300+, with a bath at night and meals included in the morning, what more could I ask for!"
