GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at this airport hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge bonus, not only to and from the airport but also to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation.
The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious choices and fresh ingredients. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had during our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
We absolutely loved the convenience, great service, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport.

YYunyunThere are 3 shuttle buses per hour from the hotel to the airport. Check-in and check-out are handled via self-service machines, which is very convenient. I initially thought it would take a long time for a whole busload of people to check in, but it was surprisingly quick. The room was spacious, but perhaps because it's an older hotel, there weren't many power outlets, which was a minor inconvenience. I chose a smoking room this time, and it had a super strong smoke smell. If you're traveling with non-smoking companions, I'd advise caution when booking a smoking room. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor has a great variety of items, which I really liked. Also on the first floor, there are self-service machines selling drinks and ice cream. Breakfast at the new wing starts earlier, while the main building's breakfast starts a bit later. I asked the staff, and they said even if you're staying in the main building, you can have breakfast at the new wing if you need to leave early. However, I ended up waking up late and didn't get to experience it. Overall, it's a good experience as an airport transit hotel.

YYansuijiangqiThe Narita Toyoko Inn offers a convenient airport shuttle service. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all.

If you're arriving at T1 or T2, you'll need to take the airport shuttle to T3, and then it's about a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and bright. The service attitude is great. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserComfort Hotel Narita is a very good option for a short stay or transit stopover near Narita Airport.
The hotel provides typical Japanese hospitality, staff are polite, well-trained, friendly, and always try their best to assist. Some staff speak English above basic conversational level, which is helpful for overseas travellers.
We only stayed for 2 nights while waiting for our next flight and found it a great choice. It is only **one train stop from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Narita Station**, and around a **10-minute walk from the station to the hotel**, which is very manageable.
There are also 2 Lawson convenience stores nearby, and you can take a bus from in front of Narita Station to AEON Narita Shopping Centre. This makes it ideal if you want to relax near the airport and avoid travelling all the way into Tokyo.
One useful tip: some booking websites may automatically charge extra for a child. However, the hotel's official policy states that **children stay free**. We simply booked **2 adults** and advised the hotel that **1 child would also be staying**, and they accepted it without any additional charge upon arrival.
Breakfast is included. The rooms and facilities are above average — not luxury, but clean and comfortable.
Highly recommended for short stays and airport transit.

CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.

The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. GGuihuatianjiuniangGreat value for money, the room was a good size. They provide DHC toiletries, and the view from the window is unobstructed, which is a nice bonus. The double-pane windows offer excellent soundproofing; I didn't hear any planes flying overhead, probably because it's not on the take-off or landing flight path. There's a free shuttle bus to both the airport and the shopping mall. We had a flight the next day at noon, so we explored the mall that evening and then took the 9:30 AM shuttle to the airport. It was much more relaxed than staying downtown and having to rush to the airport.
