Extremely convenient for Akihabara, just one stop away. The hotel is a maximum 5-minute walk from JR Kanda station. It's incredibly quiet at night, and the self-service check-in machine at the entrance is super convenient. They even have free energy drinks and coffee at the entrance, so it definitely offers excellent value for money. The location was very convenient to access many railways and metros to go everywhere. It was very quiet and we had an amazing view from our hotel room. The room was quite small but it was written in the description so we were aware, but it had all the necessary equipment and even more. The room was very clean, we had clean towels every day and the WiFi speed was fast too. The breakfast was delicious with both Asian and west breakfast options. The only thing I would like to be different would be the ticket system for validation that as a tenant you have breakfast included, because I had to search every morning which tickets had the right date. It is something that we had in other hotels in Japan too, but I think an easier validation method could be applied. But the experience was 9.5/10

Extremely satisfied with my stay! I absolutely love the Otemachi location – it's quiet amidst the bustling city, central, and very reasonably priced. Multiple subway and JR lines are within walking distance. Breakfast was good too! The surrounding drugstores weren't crowded, had decent prices, and no need to jostle with people.

Cute little hotel. The room was small, but luckily I only had a small luggage so it's fine. Location is close to the Tokyo station. Amenities were plentiful, including massaging leg gel. Coffee is available at the lobby, there is a microwave and a dining place at the back where you can heat and eat your bentos. I had to open my window a bit to make sure the room wasn't too hot. Bed felt fine but after a night's sleep my back was hurting. Probably too soft for me. If you only need to stay 1-2 nights, it's a convenient hotel.

This hotel is located in Tokyo's CBD office district and is half the price of the Palace Hotel and Marunouchi Hotel. It offers excellent value for money and is very convenient for getting around. It's a 10-minute walk from my Tokyo office and a 3-minute walk from Otemachi subway station. The hotel is popular with business travelers from abroad and families on vacation. Across the street, there's a 7-Eleven and a Whole Foods, as well as a few Chinese restaurants and ramen shops. The rooms are small, but that's typical for hotels in Japan. There's no desk, which can be a bit inconvenient if you need to work on a laptop. There are very few power outlets in the room – I only found one next to the floor lamp and one in the bathroom. However, there's a USB port by the bed. Breakfast is served in the downstairs cafe from 6:30 AM to 10 AM for 1580 yen per person. From 3 PM to 10 PM, there's a complimentary self-service coffee and tea station with cookies and snacks. Toiletries can be picked up near the elevators. If you need facial cleanser or cream, you can ask the front desk staff for women's amenities. The front desk service is excellent, though communicating in English with the Japanese staff can be a bit challenging.

We booked Twin Room A. The experience here was very excellent. All staff are kind, professional and always ready to help. The price is also cheaper than hotels in Ueno. There are also various restaurants after you come back in the evening. Furthermore , Wi-Fi speed is also faster than other hotels that I used to stay in Tokyo. It takes only around 5-10 minutes walking to Akihabara. Really looking forward to stay here next time

The hygiene and facilities are excellent, and the bath water temperature is just right – soaking in it after a day of walking is incredibly relaxing. There are steps at the entrance, but they're not too high. The location is really convenient, not far from several subway stations, and you can even walk to Tokyo Dome and Korakuen. The nearby restaurants, noodle shops, and cafes are all fantastic. The room isn't small, though the bathroom is one of those integrated units typical of economy hotels, which was a bit tight for my larger build to turn around in, but it was very clean. I feel like I'd stay here again. The free ice cream was delicious! I couldn't figure out the machine myself, but a nice young man helped me. I tried to go after 8 PM as much as possible, because earlier than that, there would be a queue of students.

Location is a little inconvenient but I chose this hotel as I wanted to explore a new neighbourhood this time. There is a family mart 1 min away which is convenient as the hotel don't provide bottled water, there is also a Hiroshima style okonomiyaki 2 mins away which was good! Near the front desk, there's a station where you could choose your own pillow. Wanted to try out the tempur pillow but it was not available on the 2 nights I stayed there. Room is a little small but manageable even with 2 luggages. Probably would not stay here again since its a little inconvenient, but would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in kanda!

Although the space is not big but all you need is completely prepared. I like the clothes spray prepared by hotel, is sweet because I can spray after eating big smell meal like sukiyaki etc And all the staffs are friendly also!

This hotel is quite convenient if you're planning to visit attractions in the Asakusa/Ginza area. I stayed here once before when I was traveling alone, so I chose it again this time. The hotel's location is relatively convenient, with the train station right across the street. However, if you have luggage and need to use an elevator, you'll have to walk about 200 meters. The most delightful surprise was waking up to a row of cherry blossoms right outside my window! The hotel staff were also excellent; they even walked us all the way to the laundry room. (The only minor inconvenience is that the laundry room is in a small separate building outside, and it's not a washer-dryer combo. Each time, you have to go down to the first floor and walk through a small path to get to it, which is a bit troublesome, and it gets a little dark at night…) It's very convenient that you can buy travel passes right at the hotel front desk.
