1. If you land at Terminal 1, first find the connecting corridor to Terminal 2, or locate the JR station entrance.
2. Facing the JR station entrance, you'll see the hotel sign on your left-hand side!
3. Follow the sign, and you'll spot a Lawson convenience store and an escalator. Take the escalator to the second floor!
4. Once on the second floor, you'll see a pizza restaurant and the hotel's directional sign. Just walk all the way to the end, and you're there!
(#) Stay Experience:
1. Cons: The soundproofing is practically non-existent, it's terrible!! People walking outside sound like an earthquake. It's hell for light sleepers. Remember to get an eye mask and earplugs from the front desk!
2. Friendly reminder: I didn't realize the room had air conditioning. The AC switch is right next to the light adjustment buttons. I slept incredibly cold all night and had to use my down jacket as a blanket.
3. Pay attention when the front desk assigns your room. It was my first time staying, and I didn't know, so they gave me one of the very first rooms, which meant a lot of people walked by. Avoid W302 and W303; they are especially noisy and right next to the entrance and luggage room.
4. Pros: Taking a hot shower was incredibly comfortable, and they provide shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, makeup remover, makeup remover wipes, facial cleanser, cotton swabs, comb, toothpaste, and toothbrush (no cups, and no disposable cups!).
5. The bed is very firm, which is great for people with back problems!
6. Towels and sleepwear are provided. The sleepwear is like the kind you'd wear in a large public bathhouse in China.
(!): Overall, for 400 a night, if it weren't for a very early transfer, I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to find a nearby hotel. Apart from being quick and convenient, other hotels offer better value for money.

GGuest UserThe room was a delightful surprise! Far superior to our stay in Nagoya. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Izumisano is wonderfully peaceful, and I absolutely adored the hotel's style.
The hotel provided complimentary water and coffee. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming.
My child absolutely loved the tatami area.
With a 9:55 AM flight, leaving the hotel at 7:30 AM gave us ample time, even for breakfast at the airport.
Next time we visit Japan, we'll definitely plan to spend an extra day in Izumisano.

FFarPS152903It’s quite close to the Izumisano Station, but if you come to this hotel and enter through the back door, you’ll be welcome with an empty floor (probably that is considered as ground floor). Don’t be scared, just look for an elevator and walk upstair, that’s where the receptionist is located. They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel, then they’ll just proceed quickly with your check in. They’ll also give you water bottle to bring to your room. The corridor to my room truthfully looks kinda spooky because it was quite long and no sound was heard (but I guess it was just because the insulation was good, and I knew some of the room was occupied as I saw the cleaning lady in the morning). The room was so big and clean, the bathroom as well. The shower and the bathtub was separated, but you can pull the shower to the bathtub. The toilet was also separated from the bathroom, so it’s a dry area. If you visited during winter, don’t forget to turn the heater on when you entered the room, or else you’ll think that the room was too cold.
In addition, near the receptionist area, there’s an open store where it says that you can take the snacks for free (but please be mindful, just take one please). At that time, I don’t want to take it as I’m not sure about the culture in Japan, but then the owner came to me and literally handed it to me! He was so kind and polite (Japanese hospitality is truly top notch)! So please don’t forget to buy his snackss 😆
If you a solo travel, the room in this hotel might betoo big for you, but if you’re with family or friends, this room fits you perfectly.

SSAHARA_HANThe front desk staff's service was truly exceptional. They kindly reminded us about the welcome drink during check-in, and when we departed, they even walked us out to the airport shuttle and waved goodbye. Overall, their service was excellent.
However, we stayed in a twin room with a bathroom in the older building. The cleanliness was a bit lacking, but we accepted it since we were only staying for a layover before a connecting flight. What was truly unbearable was that the air conditioner blew directly onto the head of the bed. I'm quite baffled by this design. To make matters worse, a notice on the AC control panel indicated that it couldn't be adjusted above 26 degrees Celsius or have its fan direction changed, as doing so would trigger the smoke detector. This meant we either suffered through the night with unbearable heat if we turned off the AC, or endured a headache from the direct draft if we left it on. I definitely won't be booking this room type again, and I wanted to share this for others' consideration.

MM32452****The room was spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. However, it was very clean. There's a free shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient and only takes about 15 minutes. There's also a large supermarket nearby that stays open until 10 PM, great for browsing. Their prices are about 10% cheaper than 7-Eleven, and they even have discounted items in the evenings. Plus, it's just one stop away from the outlet mall, making getting around very easy.

JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.

GGuest UserHad a really enjoyable stay and it was wonderful to ring in the New Year here! All the staff were incredibly kind and took great care of us right until we left, which I really appreciated. Happy New Year and I wish you all good health! If you have a car, it's an even better place to stay! But even if you don't have a car, they offer pickup/drop-off, so I still highly recommend it.

GGuest UserWe checked in on a Saturday to watch the fireworks display. There were many small local families traveling on weekends. The location isn't great, quite far from the station and a bit secluded. There wasn't much to see, just a FamilyMart and a ramen shop. However, it was really close to the beach. (A side note: the ramen shop had a rather yin-yang menu. I registered my Chinese surname in katakana (リュウ), and they gave me a Chinese menu. I noticed the Japanese menus all had set menus, but the one they gave me was all à la carte.)
The room was relatively large. The luggage could be opened, but it was in the way. There was a mysterious little dark space (pictured), which immediately reminded me of a lot of short web dramas and marketing channels. But in the end, it was fine.

MM54044****Let's start with the hotel itself – I was quite satisfied. It's just one subway stop from Kansai Airport, and the hotel is conveniently located about 200m from the subway station. There are drugstores and restaurants nearby that stay open late, which I found very convenient and would recommend.
**However, since it's a self-service hotel, it's not as straightforward as a traditional one.** You absolutely must check your email; about a week before your stay, the hotel will send you a link to fill in your check-in time, upload your passport, and other details. This step is crucial, otherwise, you won't receive the check-in password and instructions. In my experience, the emergency contact number provided by the hotel is very difficult to reach – it was constantly busy or engaged.
This time, I didn't check my emails and only realized an hour before arriving at the hotel that I had received a prompt to submit my details. It was already almost 9 PM, and I was worried the hotel staff might have finished for the day and wouldn't see my submission in time. So, I called Ctrip customer service for help via internet call. The platform's customer service was excellent; they resolved my issue within an hour. You can confidently book through Ctrip; their service is reliable.
