The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and offers great value for money. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, making the stay very pleasant. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality at a reasonable price.

Excellent place to stay. love the concept, the rest, and location. Plenty to do and eat and ease of access everywhere. I was luckily to not have any noisy neighbours this time round which is very lucky so i slept really well throughout. The bed arrangements was a little miscommunicated though. Till today im not sure if i booked a bed/bunk for 2, or 2 seperate single bed/bunk. Im a solo traveller but doesnt mind extra space so my understanding when booking was aligned with the first concept. But in reality, they gave me 2 bunks.. claiming the couple/bigger rooms are taken. so thats a small disappointment. End up having my luggage in the other bunk while i slept in the next. Im going back in 2 weeks, same place. so thats how much i liked the hotel 💛

The room was comfortable and clean, and there was a public water dispenser, so there was no need to buy water separately. There was a small supermarket nearby, but the hotel was some distance from the subway station.

I stayed at Hotel Siena from 17–21 February 2026. The hotel is conveniently located about a 12-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas and access public transportation. The room has a slightly old-fashioned style, but it was clean and well maintained. It was also well equipped with the necessary amenities, making my stay simple and comfortable. Overall, it is a straightforward and pleasant hotel choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort in the Shinjuku area.

The hotel location is excellent, near Kyoto Hall, with many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. The environment is comfortable, and facilities are comprehensive. I arrived around 8 PM that night and spent a while looking for the front desk, only to find it on the third floor. They offer both assisted and self-service check-in. The self-service machine has a Chinese option and requires a card payment for tax, then it automatically dispenses the room key card, which is very convenient. Check-out is at 11 AM; you just drop the key card into a large box in the morning. The hotel lobby provides complimentary items like face masks, cosmetics, and toothbrushes for guests. They also offer services such as a microwave, laundry room, and luggage storage. There's an airport shuttle bus downstairs, but you need to buy tickets in advance. WeChat Pay and Alipay are not supported; only cash or credit/debit cards are accepted. The hotel's downsides are that the room is too small, making it a bit inconvenient to fully open a large suitcase. It can also get quite lively with many guests. It's not particularly close to the subway, and a bit of a distance from Shinjuku Station.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. The room and the shared bathroom were clean. The staff is only there for a few hours, but there is the possibility of self check-in.

The hotel is located near Shinjuku-sanchome subway station, about a 7-8 minute walk away. It's quite convenient for getting around with many subway lines nearby, some of which aren't too crowded. There are convenience stores and 100-yen shops around, and a fast-food restaurant right across the street. It feels like an older hotel, but it's quite clean. The bathroom is typically Japanese, meaning it's on the smaller side. We booked a twin room, and there was enough space to open one suitcase. In summary, if you're looking for a place with convenient transportation and don't want to spend too much, you could give this a try.

The location and environment are great, but since it was listed as a ”single room” when I booked, I tried messaging to inquire if it was for me alone, but only received automated replies. Upon check-in, I discovered it was actually a small corner of a dormitory; the top bunk was unoccupied, but someone was sitting opposite it, not the ”single room” it advertised. There are lockable cabinets available for storage, but you need to bring your own lock or rent one. The bed is quite private, parallel to the wall, which I liked. Umbrellas are provided for guests, which is convenient. The check-in counter is also the cafe reception, open until midnight. There's no water dispenser in the room; you must get water from the cafe before midnight, otherwise you'll have to buy bottled water. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the room, so there's no shared refrigerator. Aside from that, the bathroom and hallway were very clean. Knowing all this, I would still choose this place if needed, because I like the location and environment, and I'm willing to compromise on these minor inconveniences.

My first time staying in a capsule hotel was great! It was clean and well-equipped with amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. I was going for 6 days/5 nights but only stayed for 3 nights 😂 And towels were provided every day.👍🏼👍🏼

I've stayed here twice, both before and after my trip to Mount Fuji. It's incredibly convenient. There's also a bus to Narita Airport, and you can buy tickets on Klook, which isn't expensive. The bus stop is just a 10-minute walk away, which is great. This time, I took the train and got off at Ueno Station. Next time I come to Japan, I'll definitely stay here again. It's so much more convenient.
