"Great hotel in a great location! The check in process was smooth, the friendly staff fully engaged at the point of service. The two story hotel foyer was wonderfully furnished for an immediate photo shoot! The room was very clean and very spacious! I asked for one at height with a view! Hotel facilities boast: - fitness room (free for guests) - beauty parlour - two restaurants, although only one was open during my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! - rooftop swimming pool,also closed during my stay -a great club bar! There was even a guest laundry room with washing machine and drying area (free for guests) Location is everything and this hotel is just a few minutes walk from a range of other local venues and restaurants, although who wants to stay too local in Naitobi, the city that Hever sleeps?"

There was some construction work being done in the rooms next to ours, my wife was unwell and the banging noises didn’t help! We weren’t informed about it either - called reception but didn’t get any feedback and the noise continued. Other than that, it’s a comfortable hotel."
