"My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!"

"What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family."

"Good location if you want to be fairly central with a few minutes walk to plenty of bars. Uber is very efficient and cheap here if you want to travel out. The staff were very good and the restaurant/bar is 24/7 (I believe). Room was lovely. Overall, although I think Nairobi is a little on the expensive side, this was ok. I tried to book again for after the safari but it was more expensive so i went to the Swiss Belinn instead, which was cheaper and the same standard (a little further away but again, Uber and Bolt are super efficient and cheap here). TIPS FOR FOREIGNERS COMING INTO KENYA: 1. Get your currency outside of Kenya, the exchange rate here, particularly at the airport, is absolutely awful - I found them to be offering upto 35% less than the actual rate. 2. You only really need a small amount of cash here - most places you will visit accept card. 3. DO NOT BUY A TELKOM SIM CARD. It is absolutely useless, even in Nairobi but does not work AT ALL on safari. 4. Uber and Bolt are very good here. 5. If you are doing safari and your trip does not include the national park fees (payable in USD), make sure you get those before arriving - the banks and ATMs here are very unreliable if you want USD. 6. Do not pay extortionate hotel prices for laundry - find a local company who will collect and deliver your laundry for a fraction of the price like Smartfua Laundromat. 7. If you go on Safari, try not to sit on the back of the vehicle - it gets VERY bumpy. Have a great trip!"

"The hotel is as a transfer station about my safaris tour for me to stay in nairobi.First,it include the spa,self-restaurant,gym(the gym has the richest sporting equipment at all the hotels I have ever lived for )and swimming pool.second,It has a security method you need to accept the check about the thing you carry-in and let your baggage through the x-ray that enter the hotel ensure the safety about customers.third,although the style of the room is old and feel you back to 1990s,but feel really classy and gentle about the style of the room,and you sit in the balcony you could appreciate the scenery of the nairobi CBD. finally,for the another part,it is the only i feel not well about the hotel is the foods in the restaurant is not rich as I think at first,because the price for a person for dinner is over 20usd but its foods is a little monotonous.suggest adding local specialty cuisine In conclusion,the hotel is better than i think before i live for it,it is really worth to live in it,and the servers in the hotel is really friendly and hospitality"

"Clean and secure, helpful staff. Good location directly across from restaurant and shopping complex. Walking distance to many other restaurants, bars, and malls. Didn’t have breakfast, it looked just okay, but there is the main restaurant with terrace and a bbq restaurant on ground floor if you prefer not to leave for meals."

"The Hyatt is centrally located for convenience it’s across Sarit Center which has a lovely selection of restaurants. The staff were amazing and were always on hand to assist with request big and small. We had booked a family safari and were due to be picked at 6am; the restaurant was great enough to provide weetbix for our daughter at 5am, this was greatly appreciated. Simon, Jackson and Eddie were all very helpful"

"I stayed here because it near my client's office. There is a pool and bar on the 10th floor. The breakfast on the 1st floor is so-so. Their gym on the 3rd floor is very well equipped. Room can be cold during this time as there is no heater."
