PProkOutstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

JJonesFantastic hotel! The room (Deluxe Side View) was spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bed was really comfortable and the water was hot. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, from reception to restaurant staff to bar staff. The beach area was gorgeous, white sands. We hotel arranged a night trip to swim in bioluminescent plankton. Highly recommended, like swimming with fairies in the ocean! The food and cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced.

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for five nights in January 2026 and changed two rooms — one with a sea view and one with a garden view. The rooms were amazing: spacious, clean, with fresh furniture and recent renovations. We really loved them. Huge windows and curtains controlled by a remote — it’s absolutely wonderful to open the curtains in the morning with a remote while lying in bed. Sunrise, the sea — incredibly beautiful. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. They literally anticipate your wishes and help with everything — from carrying suitcases to the room to inflating a large rubber mattress for the children. The restaurant is very good, with a varied menu and tasty food. Breakfast has everything: different types of eggs, pancakes, fritters, waffles, delicious juices. Essentially, all our wishes were satisfied by the restaurant. The highlight is the Surf Club — an artificial wave and the opportunity to surf, with one free hour daily for guests. My older child practically lived there and learned to stand on the board. I would also like to especially note the cleanliness of the beach. It is constantly maintained: the sand is not just leveled with rakes but actually sifted with special equipment. You won’t find a single stick, large shell, cigarette butt, or anything like that. The sand is perfectly clean, the sun loungers are good, the mattresses are clean. It’s simply a paradise. This place is wonderful not just because of its location, but because the staff make maximum effort to create comfort, cleanliness, and a truly pleasant atmosphere.

RRochelle NZThis resort is massive but thankfully you can ask for an electric buggy to take you around. Be prepared for steps and steep hills everywhere! We stayed in the pod village and took a buggy to breakfast and the main hotel building, and from the ocean pool back to our room. The ocean pool is large with a stunning view over the water. There were several loungers there, some shaded, some not. The smaller pool by the main reception was much quieter with less people. Breakfast was a bit limited in options but ok, you had to queue for eggs, bacon or sausages. The Sunset restaurant had beautiful views over the ocean and beach. You either walked down many stairs or took the elevator down to the beach. The staff here were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our small dog was welcome, with only a small pet fee to pay.

GGuest UserWe stopped over before heading to Koh Rong, so we only stayed one night. The staff is lovely. The room is very big. The bathroom is also big. Great soaking tub. Everything was clean, but the sealant around the glass shower and toilet is overdue for a replacement. This is close to the beach so I'm sure the upkeep is daunting due to the humidity. Toiletries included shaving kit, toothbrushes, q-tips, etc. A full stock of toiletries was provided. Waters, lipton tea, instant coffees, robe and slippers. We had a partial sea view and city view, which was beautiful to wake up to. We never stayed in this part of town before so we decided to try it out. To anyone coming in wishing to enjoy the streetfood or family nightlife, I would suggest visiting Ochheuteal Beach. It's a quick ride about 7-10min with a tuk tuk or car which are readily available around the hotel via Grab app. We had dinner here and it was okay, I'd say 7/10. The burger beef patty was subpar, but the bun was surprisingly fresh. The beef lok lak was great. The spaghetti bolognese was sweet and not very good in our opinion. The fresh fruit juices were absolutely wonderful. We had pineapple and watermelon. Breakfast had a great chicken broth kuyteav and other basic cereal/toast items. Some spread items and a menu for a la carte. I would definitely say everything is very Asian and western friendly in my opinion. As we are a mixed group and were greatly satisfied with our stay. All praises to the staff, they were all excellent. From the front desk check-in, bell hops, to the restaurant staff all 10/10. We did not make it to the beach or pool to see how it was, unfortunately, but on all other regards I can definitely recommend this hotel.

ММария ПершинаWhat I liked: The excellent, comfortable bed and pillows, pristine white linens and towels. The hotel staff contacted me in advance and helped me book ferry tickets and a car from the pier to the hotel. The hotel restaurant served quite delicious dishes. Breakfast was also very good, despite the limited selection. You can use paddleboards for free at the beach. Snorkeling from the shore was also decent; we saw two cuttlefish. The beach is a dream, with one small caveat. There were always enough sun loungers. What I disliked: The beach was littered with plastic remnants from the sandbags used to reinforce the shoreline. One evening, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco at sunset. The waiter opened it and threw the foil directly onto the sand, shocking us with such disregard for this beautiful place. Another morning, guests at the neighboring table on the beach had Coke brought to them. By lunchtime, no one had come to clear the glasses and cans. By sunset, the same cans were still lying on the sand; the glass cups, however, seemed to have been collected. There were also many disappointments with the room: everything was shoddily done, built in a hurry, the furniture was stained with paint, the rug and hat in the room were torn, and in the huge shower, there wasn't a single hook or towel holder. There's also no shower curtain, so the toilet was always wet. Half of the light switches didn't work, and the switches by the bed were swapped. When you leave the room and take the key card, the light above the entrance also turns off, making it quite an adventure to return in the dark and climb the stairs. There's a refrigerator, but it didn't work, and this was the case in two different rooms. At the entrance to the bungalow and the restaurant, there are hoses to wash sand off your feet, but none of them worked. My husband took one apart and cleaned it, and then it worked. Conclusion: With proper management and care, this place could turn into paradise. Things to be prepared for: In the evenings, there are many mosquitoes or gnats on the beach; they bite hard and itch for a long time. Repellents are essential. Within walking distance, there's only the neighboring cafe and nothing else. This could be both an advantage and a disadvantage for some.

GGuest UserI got a good offer through trip.com. For this price , I cannot complain . The room is spacious . Nice Pool area . Noise is a little issue , I could hear every word of my neighbors .I could even hear my neighbor snoring . sound isolation is very poor . one night , I guess my other neighbors complained about me , having the TV running on moderate volume , they were banging on the wall . But my TV was really not loud , no music , only watching news . Another thing is the pool area . The area is big , pool is nice and cold . Sunbeds are in the shadow though from morning until afternoon , cause the building itself is blocking the sun . And pool area should be a place to relax , enjoy peace and quiet in privacy . But there is constant coming and going of staff , using the pool area as a link from motorbike parking to hotel building . There is garbage to transport out of the building , laundry , deliveries are made through the pool area . Staff are coming and leaving . If you are lying there , belly exposed , you want to have a minimal level of privacy . But you'll have fully dressed people walking beside you every other minute . you will find no quite relaxation , the vibe feels more like a train station . The hotel should have built a separate service corridor for staff and deliveries next to the pool area .security is using the seating area next to the pool to have a long conversation on his walkie talkie . Sometimes there is music playing from the bar at the pool . But it's not that some clever mind designed a suitable playlist of background music .it seems like whoever is working at the bar can make music using their personal smartphone . Music gets stopped in the middle of a song , to chose a different song . Sometimes you hear a notification sound cause the phone received some message . The music gets turned off and and on randomly. No place to relax . The photos were taken in a time span of under 10 minutes Balcony was cleaned only once in my 3 weeks stay . For me personally no big deal , but in an hotel that charges 45$ or more , I would expect a little more care .

IIlya KleinThe proximity to the stunning beach is the thing of this hotel. Orher then that, it is basic and worn. Dont expect luxury service, varied breakfasts, new furniture, not stained or not torn sheets , super clean beach. Enjoy the beach, relax, dont push or demand something, take it as it is, and you will be cool :)

GGuest UserMy friends told me that this place is not what it used to be. I didn't like the manager's attitude towards me as a tenant. On the first day, I asked to extend my stay for one night, and he came to me without warning. I was eating at the time. Secondly, there is no soundproofing here. Every conversation you have will be heard from the hallway. Also, if for some reason you need to go to bed late, be prepared to be woken up early. The bedding really leaves something to be desired, but I had my own bedding. The kitchen area had good ventilation. All the dishes are provided. There is a pot, but no stove. My sink drain was clogged with someone else's hair. It had been there for so long that mold had formed on it, but no one was going to clean it up, so I did. I'm not a pig, and I'm not going to live in filth. The bathroom is extremely small. Bathrooms like this need a different kind of renovation, not the one that's currently being done. What upset me the most was the moment of my eviction. I notified the manager of my departure time a day in advance. It was fixed. He asked me twice because I wrote a complicated sentence in English. I should have used simpler English. But the next day, when I was checking out, I asked to be escorted to my car because I had a lot of bags. But the manager said he was not at the hotel and there was no one there at the moment. No one could help me. I am a strong girl. It is not difficult for me to cope with this on my own. The problem was that when the car arrived, the security guard said he would not allow me to load my belongings into the car without confirmation of my eviction. And I wasted my time waiting for clarification of the circumstances. On the positive side, I liked that the pool was always warm and very large. There is also a shopping center nearby.
