The overall quality of this hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was deeply impressed by both the ambiance and the service. The lobby's design is simple yet elegant, with soft, non-glaring lighting that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were professional and patient; even with many guests, they maintained their smiles and spoke gently and politely, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The room itself truly showed the hotel's attention to detail: the bed was clean and comfortable, with high-quality linens that made me feel instantly relaxed. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean, making me feel very secure. Even the air felt fresh and pleasant. Throughout my stay, every hotel employee maintained an exceptionally high standard of service. Any issues were addressed immediately without delay. Whether it was replenishing supplies, cleaning the room, or asking for local information, I always received a patient response. This meticulous and sincere service made staying here a true pleasure, not just a regular accommodation. It provided a real place for me to rest and recharge during my busy travels. This was a very enjoyable experience, and I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay. [ThumbsUp]

Great
GGuest UserBooked a room for three people. The room had one queen-sized bed and one 3-foot small bed. It was a corner room with a window and a balcony. The location was okay, 100 meters from the main road. There was free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was okay. The noodles were very salty. Overall, it was okay.
NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.
A UM
Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹
DDwcwongHotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap.
EelneneNagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex is far more than just a luxury stay; it is the definitive heartbeat of Phnom Penh’s nightlife and hospitality. As Indochina’s premier integrated resort, it seamlessly blends Cambodia’s rich heritage with world-class modernity.
A City Within a City
The complex is a visual masterpiece, consisting of two iconic towers connected by the NagaCity Walk—an underground retail paradise. While Naga 1 offers a timeless, sophisticated charm, Naga 2 dazzles with its golden facade and ultra-modern suites. Situated at the scenic confluence of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers, the resort provides an unparalleled ”city within a city” experience where luxury is always within reach.
World-Class Amenities
Gastronomic Excellence: With over 20 dining outlets, guests can embark on a culinary journey from authentic Khmer delicacies to Michelin-standard international buffets.
Spectacular Entertainment: The NABA Theater features state-of-the-art digital mapping and live performances, while the vibrant gaming floors offer a high-energy atmosphere for those seeking excitement.
Ultimate Relaxation: After exploring the city, the award-winning spas provide traditional Khmer treatments, and the rooftop pools offer a serene escape with panoramic city views.
Whether you are there for the duty-free shopping at China Duty Free Group or the five-star service, NagaWorld captures the ambitious, rising spirit of Cambodia. It isn't just a ”very good” hotel; it is an iconic destination that offers a complete sensory experience in the heart of the capital.
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests).
I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business.
At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased.
The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one.
One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).
RRobsastarOn this trip I upgraded to one of their apartments and that made my week even more comfortable.. Very spacious, bath, 2 showers 2 toilets, 2 good aircon units and a small balcony overlooking Wat Botum pagoda.
A good family sized fridge freezer meant my drinks, milk meats and cheeses were cold.
Basic utensils but top tip, bring a normal cutlery knife.
Located on 4th floor, I woas treated to a spooky but spectacular lightning show without the rumble of thunder. Stood on balcony and had a fantastic view.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfasts still very good, simple but plenty. However going 'self-catering' allowed me to get my cornflakes and ice cold milk in the morning. Cannot beat that!
Next visit will see me booking an apartment only. So so convenient.
Again, Le Botum was a superb location for me.
Go to street 172. Plenty of expats....some characters too...and a 24hr supermarket called 'Smile' and you will. So much British stuff, it could have been anywhere in the UK.
Book Le Botum. You won't be disappointed.
JJames ExploresWe have come to M residence many times and stayed in the hotel and apartment side so we have multiple perspectives. Downsides: The sheets on the bed weren't the cleanest, the table outside was filthy,, mosquitos in the bathrooms terrorized me the first night. I asked for room service but it was already 5pm so they said someone would come and nobody did.
The plus sides is this air conditioner works amazingly unlike the one from the apartment I renter here. The hotel provides drinking water, toothbrush, razor, you always have hot water for showers and fast internet.
Another thing much better than the apartment was that the hotel room came with a bunch of dishes for cooking and a tea kettle for hot water. The hotel experience would be a perfect score if the room was cleaner and prompt room service when requested.
I have to fly out in the middle of the night so I would extend another night but the price rose another 30% so I won't bother, but as someone who has stayed at the M Residence at least 3 times I would recommend it 10 times out of 10, my only advice would be for apartment renters to thoroughly test the bed and airconditioner before signing the lease. The apartments rooms are much better & I highly recommend regardless of the small inconviences
The M Residence beats out my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh because it's the best hotel your going to get for tbe price and you get a huge fridge!
BBellaN5The hotel is brilliantly located and has amazing views from the top floor. The rooms are large but with little hanging area. The beds are large and hard but comfortable. Room service and housekeeping is haphazard. Some days your room is serviced other days not.
The staff are friendly, breakfasts are okay but limited choice of fresh fruit and veg. The pool area is crammed with around 10 beds squeezed in to one side of the terrace but do have shade.
Great value and would likely return.
GGuest UserHotel located at hub of city, very convenience.Staff very nice attitude, talk politely. Will returned booking once got opportunity in future.
GGuest UserOne of the only good things about this hotel is its great location. We booked a room with a window ( for an extra fee). Upon check-in we were informed that there is no room with a window available and that if we don't like the room we can request a room change. The receptionist offered no apology as if it is normal to get a room without a window even if you have paid for it. Since we arrived at 8pm we had no option but to accept it. No compensation in any form was offered. The next morning we requested a room change because the room stank of sewage. It was one of the worst rooms I had stayed in my life. The room was dirty and smelly, the walls looked as if they hadn't been painted for a decade and the furniture and bed were in need of renovation. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms but again no compensation was offered. The second room was a bit better.
