Good value for money and clean.

Location is one of the best consider the price which is very affordable. I stay for 5nights however as they do not have many rooms, I think just 1-3 rooms per room types, they tend to sold out quite fast, which for my case, I have to change room type 3 times for the 5 nights stay. Some room is very small, which is expected for the price and the location. Plus point is that, a huge window to look outside. Room heating is also good during winter time, also room is clean and tidy. Only negative is that as I have to check out at 12pm and re check in again at 3pm if u have different room type, and staff may have different instructions on where to store your luggage. However they will bring it luggage to the room once it’s available which is good. Overall, for that pricing, no complaints.

I was a tad surprised 😯 when I saw my room. Room 508 was super minimalist - everything was function able. The loo was next to the shower. It was kinda tricky getting the right temperature for a shower. There's a fridge. Bedsheets are clean and bright. There was no funky or musty smells. Laundry is available free on level 3 and 4. Detergent can be bought for 1000 krw on the 2nd level - just make sure to adjust the dryer temperature to 50-70 degrees celsius. I especially like the Mei Tofu eatery below Ziyolk - the owner is Korean Chinese - lunch and dinner are sumptuous for around 11k to 18k krw. Just avoid peak periods around 11.30am onwards and 6.30pm if you're shy, introverted and dislike noise. All in all it's a stupendous deal to stay for cheap in a tiny room.

Location: The location is very convenient, with direct subway access to Gimpo Airport and KSPO. Namsan Tower is also right nearby. Hygiene: Overall, it was very good. The hotel interior was also clean. Usage: Every time I wanted to use the elevator, I had to scan a new QR code that popped up to get it to work. Since I used it frequently, I found it a bit cumbersome, but it definitely makes it much more secure. Facilities: I booked a bunk bed and I was on the top bunk. At first, climbing up hurt my feet, and then I realized the ladder was rusty and broken. However, since I was only there to sleep at night and was out all day, I didn't bother changing rooms. So, you might want to take some time to inspect it. The second picture might show it more clearly.

The atmosphere of the guest house itself is perfect, comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel completely at ease. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and organized with great attention to detail. It created such a relaxing environment that it was easy to unwind after a full day exploring the city. The location is absolutely ideal. Situated in Itaewon, you’re surrounded by an incredible variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenience stores. There’s always something to do, see, or try just steps away. At the same time, the guest house is tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful and quiet retreat when you need rest. It’s the perfect balance. What really stands out is how seamless and enjoyable the entire stay felt. Every small detail was taken care of, every interaction was pleasant, and everything worked exactly as it should. It’s the kind of place where you don’t have to think about anything, you can just enjoy your time. This wasn’t just a good stay, it was genuinely special. If I could rate it 1000/10, I would without hesitation. I would come back here again and again and again, and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and an exceptional experience in Seoul while on a budget. Cube Guest House is not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes you feel at home, even when you’re far away. I can’t wait to return.

Great hotel! Convenient location right beside Chungmuro station. Clean and spacious room, it was easy to open my very large suitcase. It can be a bit noisy in the hallway at times, especially when someone is slamming their doors or when the cleaners are vacuuming close by. Other than that, very convenient: helpful front desk, wow pass machine and luggage scales (accurate!) on the first floor. I was also able to store my luggage there free of charge for about 3 days before my check-in. Overall a very nice place to stay!

I had a generally good experience until I encountered an issue with the facility. The hostel is promoted as a women-only space, yet I was surprised to see a man sitting at the front desk and walking around the dorm, near the shower room. While I understand a man can be stationed at the front desk, I don’t think it’s appropriate for him to be walking around the floors where the rooms are, especially near the shower area and even sleeping inside the same floor as the female guests. He was actually sleeping directly in front of Room A, which made me feel very uncomfortable. To ensure a safe and private environment for female guests, I believe the shower room should either be relocated to a more isolated area or kept separate from the main lobby. If men are present on the same floor, the layout should be reconsidered for privacy, perhaps by having a common area or a separate designated space for shared amenities. This would enhance the experience and comfort of those staying here. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었지만 시설에서 문제가 있었습니다. 이 호스텔은 여성 전용 공간으로 홍보되었지만, 저는 프론트 데스크에 앉아 있는 남자와 샤워실 근처를 돌아다니는 남자를 봤습니다. 프론트 데스크에 남자가 있는 건 이해할 수 있지만, 그가 여성 객실이 있는 층을 돌아다니고, 샤워실 근처에서 활동하는 것은 적절하지 않다고 생각합니다. 특히 그는 A호 앞에서 자고 있었기 때문에 매우 불편했습니다. 여성 투숙객들을 위한 안전하고 개인적인 환경을 보장하려면, 샤워실을 더 격리된 곳으로 옮기거나 로비와 분리해야 한다고 생각합니다. 만약 남자가 같은 층에 있을 경우, 프라이버시를 위해 레이아웃을 재고해야 하며, 공용 공간이나 다른 공간을 마련하는 것이 좋습니다. 이는 투숙객들의 경험과 편안함을 향상시킬 것입니다

The location is quite convenient, close to the orange subway line, bus stops, and the bus to Incheon Airport. The capsule isn't too cramped. However, the shower room, dressing/makeup area, and toilets are quite dirty. In the mornings, many guests use the restrooms and sinks, so there's often a queue. The trash chutes are full, and the cleaning staff only comes between 11 AM and 4 PM. Sometimes the toilet paper runs out. The toilets have bidets, but if the weather is cold, the water from the bidet is freezing, making it almost unusable. There's limited luggage storage, so bags often end up in the hallway in front of the elevator. When there are many guests, the entire hallway is filled with luggage. There's no lobby area to sit and relax.

I love this place !!! I really meant it.Its easy to find and everything in the room completely perfect & perfectionist! I would love to repeat here again and again even for my long stay also this place become my first choice after this.Dont feel hesitate to stay here bcause i think this is the first place that VERY CLEAN ENOUGH , got tv , good wifi connection,aircond , fan, hot water,mini fridge,hairdryer & hair straightener!! What else do we need? Just bring yourself 😂 thank you to d owner for the great service & treat your guest very well during my stay.Pssst : there is a Gumnam market overhere.Please come! U will definitely never get bored.LOVE!!!!

The pros: Just 5 minutes walk to the Hyehwa station Very clean room Breakfast and ice cream are unlimited The location is very good with plenty of restaurants and Shops Cons: Can’t wear shoes inside the hotel and need to carry them. This creates an insane amounts of inconvenience Overpriced rooms. On some Korean websites the price for the same room is half Only the shower is there in the room. So need to use the shared toilet which has a weird lock that doesn’t really lock and can be opened from the outside by anyone as it’s not a real lock. This creates an insane amounts of inconvenience. Poor soundproofing. I could literally hear what my neighbours are talking and hear people walking around in the all the night There’s no windows at all This makes it very hard to sleep I don’t think I will ever stay here again unless there’s no other choice
