"Good! My sister and I stayed here, and it was perfectly spacious for two – we even had an extra bed, lol. The hotel is literally right on the beach; you just step out and there's the ocean! It's about an 8-minute walk to the main street, and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The front desk staff were super nice too, and they spoke Chinese! I had a really great time this trip!"

"The hotel lobby offered welcome drinks in the afternoon. The room was clean. This time, our deluxe sea-view family room (636) had a balcony with an unbeatable view, and we had a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool is small and shallow, really just for soaking, not actual swimming. The operating hours (13:00-21:00) are a bit awkward, making it impossible to use for those arriving late in the afternoon for a one-night stay. However, the sea view is a big plus, so I would choose this hotel again in the future."

Its location is truly its biggest advantage, situated in the iconic twin towers in the bustling heart of Jeju City, making the building instantly recognizable. Shilla Duty-Free Shop is just a ten-minute walk away, Lotte Duty-Free is also nearby, and a large E-Mart supermarket is right next door. There are countless cafes and small restaurants in the vicinity, so you can easily sort out all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs within 500 meters of the hotel. Overall Experience: Staying at the Grand Hyatt Jeju is stress-free, even if you don't speak Korean. The hotel is filled with Chinese signage – in the elevators, by restaurant entrances, and next to the pool – often more Chinese signs than Korean ones. The 220V power outlets in the room don't require an adapter, making this hotel practically the safest choice if it's your first time in Jeju. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a good view, and while it's not a sea view, the scenery outside is still pleasant. The room's interior is identical to the sea view rooms. "The hotel is very close to Jeju Airport, and the Shilla Duty Free Shop is just a 15-minute walk away. The room was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job daily. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the handmade yogurt was particularly delicious. A big thank you to the restaurant staff as well; I accidentally left my room key in the restaurant, and they returned it to the front desk, saving my trip from a potential mishap. Also, the ocean views in Jeju are absolutely stunning – you should plan your trip soon!"

"The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, so no awkward showering in the bathtub. The lobby was very bright and grand. There's a 7-Eleven right next door and a 24-hour pork bone soup restaurant across the street. Plus, it's only a fifteen-minute walk to Shilla Duty Free. Incredibly convenient! Amazing value for money, I'll definitely stay here again! (Just remember to bring your own power adapter.)"

"The hotel is very close to Dongmun Market and the Black Pork Street. However, if you're not a fan of grilled meat, dining options in the surrounding area are quite limited. There's a McDonald's and a supermarket not far from the hotel downstairs. Overall, the accommodation environment is decent. There's a fried chicken place on the ground floor of the hotel, but the taste is just average. If I were to prioritize location, I'd recommend staying near Lotte Duty-Free Shop for more convenience in shopping and dining. But if you prefer peace and quiet and want to see the ocean, this place is a good choice."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, near Baojian Road, with plenty of dining and shopping options around. However, the bathroom drain was clogged; after showering, the water took a long time to go down, which wasn't a great experience. The service was alright; I called the front desk, and they sent someone to fix it, but it was as if it wasn't fixed at all – the problem remained."

"This hotel is located right above Lotte Duty Free, making the transportation incredibly convenient. Even when we booked day tours, we were always the first stop. Plus, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle – it's a 15-seater on a first-come, first-served basis. And a huge bonus: you don't need a converter for charging, which is really helpful! Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a chain on the bathtub stopper to prevent splashes. As for the pool, it costs around 60 for a swim, but if a child goes, the adult accompanying them also has to pay, essentially making it a two-person charge."

"It's really tropical, the plants are genuine. However, coming in autumn/winter meant the pool was too cold, so we didn't use it much. The hot tub filled up very slowly, which wasn't a great experience. Everything else was fantastic though, perfect for taking photos for social media. The outdoor scenery is beautiful, giving off a 'mini Los Angeles' vibe. Definitely check out the coffee shop next door – it was a pleasant surprise!"
