The facilities are clean and so friendly. The styler and spa bathtub were so good. The price is also cheap. There is also a simple breakfast. There was plenty of parking space. There are also many restaurants nearby. Jiaro Taehwagang Garden 15 minutes Daewangam Park 25 minutes

This hotel is very suitable for Chinese guests, as you don't even need to change the power plugs, which is quite rare in South Korea. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff speak very good English, so communication is seamless. Although the facilities are a bit dated, it's quite normal for a hotel abroad at the same price point to feel one or two stars lower in quality.

The hotel was neat but the soap in the bathroom was a used bar and the hot water was just luke warm. The front desk lady may have been the sweetest person I've ever met. Location is perfect, the bus stop are just 3 mins walking distance. There are black out windows so you can sleep in till late.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The breakfast offered fresh and delicious vegetables and fruits. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. However, the room assigned this time was incredibly noisy, even past midnight. I hope they don't assign me a room on that side next time.

I really liked the hotel for its location. The bus station, hypermarkets, and many cafes are within walking distance. Since the hotel is in the center, it is equally distant from all the attractions, saving time and money on travel to the place. The hotel service is at a very high level.

We stayed here for one night and had a great experience! The hotel is just about a 10-minute walk from Ulsan KTX Station, which made it super convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, much larger than we expected for a short-stay hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a quick and relaxing stay. It’s also located near a few restaurants and convenience stores, so finding food or snacks wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re stopping by Ulsan for a night or catching an early train — convenient location, good facilities, and great value for money.

I tried using another app when it first opened and was satisfied with it. I made a reservation for my parents. Everything else was good, but the reservation information said check-in starts at 15:00. When I got there, I was told I could check in after 5 o’clock… They say they eventually let us check in around 4 o'clock. Still, my parents wouldn't have had to wait an hour.

I was looking for a hotel for a same-day stay during my business trip to Ulsan and found this one at a great price, so I booked it. I know there are other hotels nearby like Shilla Stay and Lotte City Hotel, but this one was just as pleasant. More importantly, the room condition was excellent for the price, and it was very clean and comfortable. The E-Mart 24 convenience store on the first floor is a major plus. The only minor downside is that it's about a 15-minute walk from Lotte Department Store Ulsan, but other than that, everything was satisfactory. I'll definitely be staying at Stars Hotel Ulsan again on my next business trip! Haha.

It's a neat and nice Hanok at an absurd price. If it's the same price, the next time I go to Korea, I want to stay here for a long time.
