Hotels near Sadang Station, Seoul

I last year trip was staying at a charming small hotel that pleasantly surprised me. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and elegant mirrors that created a stylish atmosphere. The hotel’s black decor was particularly cool, adding a modern touch. While the room lacked a window, it compensated with access to an outdoor area where a chair offered a view of the city from high. The hotel is ideally located, surrounded by numerous restaurants, which made dining out a breeze. Overall, the hotel may be small, but it provided a cozy and enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations. It’s an excellent choice for couples looking for a romantic getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a delightful retreat in the heart of the city.

The location was great, close to the subway station. However, the room had a rather musty smell and the lighting was too dim, so I wish there was another bright light. The bedding was a bit dusty, but I slept well thanks to the fleece lining. Good value.

The location is great, with many good restaurants nearby since it's close to Gangnam Station. The interior is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's a bit of a shame that there's only one bathroom and the soundproofing isn't perfect, but overall, it was a good stay.

You pay for what you get. This is a low budget hotel, usually for a 1-2 night stay only to sleep. It has great location, only a 15min train to Seoul Express Bus Station and really close to Gangnam Station. There is a really nice cocktail bar on the street called Midnight, a Starbucks in the next block and some restaurants nearby. Shower is really good and warms up quite fast. Bed is ok. However, my room had moth webs and the refrigerator did not seem to work well. Unfortunately, woke up multiple times at night from some people snoring and making sounds late night. Although this is not the hotel's fault, it surely could use some soundproofing foam on windows and doors. The microwave in the kitchen did not work or was set up wrong. Had to eat a cold breakfast. Now the main concern is that you are not informed that you need to ACTUALLY call the hotel staff so that you can get your keys and give 10,000 Won in cash. I did not receive an e-mail, neither a message on Trip.com. When I arrive at the hotel, saw a sign saying ”4th Floor - Reception”, I go there and see no one to guide me and nothing that seems like a reception. I ended up staying almost 2h outside the hotel trying to figure out what to do, sending message to staff via Trip.com, finding who to call until I manage to phone the hotel staff and a kind person instructs me to go to the 4th floor to meet a person that doesn't speak English well to get the keys.

It was clean, which was great. They gave me a non-smoking room, so there was no cigarette smell inside, but I did notice a bit of it in the hallway. Still, the room was clean, no smoke smell inside, and the location was good too.

The room was quite spacious and the environment was good, offering great value for money. My only minor complaints are that the air conditioning fan was a bit too strong and blew directly onto the bed, which I found a little uncomfortable. Also, if you're staying multiple nights, you have to check out at 12 PM and then check in again at 7 PM or 8 PM on the same day, which is a bit unusual.

The hotal locations is convient,however the lobby is hard to find and the lobby is very small an no staff there because the location of the reception is on 3 floor, the front door is lock no cctv and doorbell, the phone number in Google is invalid, so my friend and me stand outside for 30 minutes under heavy rain,which is a bad experience,but the trip.com staff is very good who help me contact the staff and solve the problem very quick. On the other hand the room is very good,the facilities is clean and new but there is few insect exist.

I couldn't find anyone at the hotel at all. I was told that I could go to the second floor to find him, but I couldn't find him even once... I even had to make a phone call to check in, which was very inconvenient for foreigners because I couldn't speak Korean and English. Communicate, and you should send a notification letter when the check-in date is approaching... As soon as you enter the hotel, it is very comfortable, but the pillows are too flat and the bed is too hard. The sheets do not feel like they have been heated or sunbaked. The bed is very damp, as if it does not look like it If it's dirty, it won't be washed... The supplies should be prepared at the door every day for those who stay longer, and they just happen to be brought to them during cleaning... There are no dishes to use, and the sink seems to be of no use.
