"We had a wonderful stay at the Arban Hotel in Busan. Situated right in the heart of Seomyeon, the hotel is surrounded by endless options for dining, shopping, and convenience stores. It’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. A special shoutout to the front desk team! Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with a smile, making our check-in and stay seamless. The Deluxe Room was spacious - plenty of room to unpack and move around comfortably. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in Busan Seomyeon, with direct subway access from the basement and Lotte Department Store next door. Getting to the beach takes about 45 to 60 minutes by subway. The room itself is spacious, but the lighting is very dim; after dark, all you can do is sleep. If you want to unpack your suitcase or check out your shopping spoils from the day, you have to go to the bathroom, which is much brighter. I'm not sure what the hotel was thinking, being so extreme with their energy saving. Other than that, everything else was pretty good."

Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。"

"This hotel is conveniently located near Seomyeon Station, which connects to Busan's Line 1 and 2 subway lines. It's also close to Bujeon Train Station, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get to the airport. While it's a bit of a distance from most of Busan's attractions, the excellent transportation links mean I was able to reach everything within an hour. Plus, there are tons of shops around, so dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, more than enough for a solo traveler. It was very clean, and as an apartment-style hotel, it came equipped with a microwave, stovetop, kettle, and various other amenities. The best part was having a washing machine and plenty of hangers, which was perfect for a full cycle of showering, washing, and drying clothes after a long day of intensive sightseeing. The hotel uses an online self-check-in system, which was quick and easy, and I could connect with customer service online for assistance. The room price was also very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Korea, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Busan."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next door to Lotte Department Store's main branch. In the evenings, you step right out into the lively nightlife of Seomyeon. Transportation is also very convenient, being close to both the subway and bus stations. The room interiors are clean and well-maintained, with tasteful decor. The staff are warm and attentive, and the cleaning lady who serviced our room was especially considerate. We didn't want daily cleaning, so we hung the 'do not disturb' sign, but every time we saw her, she would proactively ask if we needed anything, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, everything was great, and I highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is very close to the beach, so the view from the window is great, and the surrounding area is convenient. However, check-in is strictly at 3 PM. Even a minute early is not allowed. Everyone has to wait until 3 PM, so the lobby was full of people waiting. It felt a bit impersonal. Also, the blue light from the air conditioner couldn't be turned off and was very bright. One of the room lights was also broken and stayed on, which really affected my sleep. On the last day, I paid an extra 100 RMB for breakfast. The variety was very limited and quite mediocre – not worth the price."

"The hotel shares a building with a restaurant and bar, offering very open and expansive views. The downside is that non-guests frequently use the elevators, but thankfully the hotel has security measures in place, requiring a room card scan to access guest room floors. I booked a partial sea view room and requested one closer to the sea, but was given a room closer to the back alley, which was a bit disappointing. The room's cleanliness and facilities were good, and the shower pressure was strong, but the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could use some improvement. Lastly, I bought two cakes from the café, and one of them had gone bad. This is something both the hotel and guests should be aware of, especially since it involves food safety."

"Toyoko Inn Busan Seomyeon boasts an excellent location, right next to a shopping district and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy with a smart layout, comfortable bedding, and full amenities. The free breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, a quiet environment, and is perfect for short stays. The check-in experience was excellent."

"Great location, 3 mins walk to the main shopping area and subway stations,restaurants etc 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The twin bed room was a bit small for 2, hardly to open the suitcase and dusts at the back of the window curtains didn’t clean well 👎🏼 if you are a light sleeper like me this hotel might not be your first choice. You can hear clearly at night next door talking and walking past the room outside :( Front desk staffs were helpful and provided with great attitude 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼"

"The hotel was excellent. I requested a high-floor room at the front desk, and they immediately gave me one on the 21st floor. The front desk staff were incredibly nice. The hotel views were surprisingly beautiful, with the sea right below. There's even a dedicated observation deck right outside the hotel entrance. Across the street, you'll find the subway station and Lotte Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk. Down the alleyway below the hotel, there are many restaurants, including BBQ joints and fried chicken places. There's a Starbucks in the building near the bridge with beautiful window views. On weekends, dozens of late-night food stalls pop up right below the hotel, and the food is quite good. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back."
